Yeah welcome to gallia, stop stealing our resources, and don't let the docking rings hit you in the arse on the way out.
On another note, Whats bad, is when your exploring gallia, in an obstinate, and waves of council, brigand, and other enemy ships repeatedly spawn and kill you out side your own base.
Whats worse then that is when you can't buy IDs because your rep is slightly off, even though your rep bar shows full green.
Well about the gallia NPC it more seems that they are buggy or so. But I cannot say for myself, I just entered one Gallia system for exploration, and YES, the GRN are pain in the **rse. But, about the NPC in the Omegas, Omicrons, Sigmas etc. etc. ...Why shouldn`t they be as strong as they are? I presonally even think, that most NPC in the house systemy maybe a bit to weak.
I am pretty new to discovery and I enjoy the fact, that NPc use shield batterys and nanos...and that they seems to act much smarter than the npc in the original game (far better dogging).
I don`t really see a problem there, As Rp guy you can see it like that: NPC are living beings aswell, and the shouldn`t be doomed to act stupid and slow. See it as challenge. you ofc don`t need to RP convo with NPC (lol), but infact, no NPC ever gets as good as a real player, but the closer it comes to that, the more realistic in my eyes.
And for the traders: You can get a bunch of profits out there if you trade for example in the Omicrons. I think for that profit you earn some risk to get it, eh?;)
And by the way, it is a game to interact with other players, so there is always the option of contracting a strong fighter- or maybe gunboatpilote as escort, et voila: problem gone.

( ( insert random insult ) you people who qq'd till you could not land on lawful house bases )
and along comes a patroll of 4 gallic royal police bombers...
I did not have time to repair or go to cruise i got hit with 2 scac's then another 2 snac's and i was dead.
THe omicorons i can under stand
But house space ?
what the hell has changed in the year that i have been gone ?
first off there's not much legal about what your doing just by being in Gallia space and not being one of them you give them reason enuf to shoot you dead
but Champagne and Languedoc are mostly The Council controlled so you mite be ok if you stay there
but still the GRN mite show up and kill you but less likely
and as for Npc i mostly play a smuggler and some times if it weren't for Npc i mite not see any one at all in game and with the game getting bigger with each new update there needed more then ever
just try not to go place's where people hate you and you will not have a bunch on npc showing up to kill you

These requests to nerf NPC have a reason. E.g., Gallia: yes, for the Sirians that NPC-fest it's quite in-RP, since the Royal Navy officers are to remove Sirian intruders. But consider Gallic players too: they have to talk to each other, fight each other, etc, while being faced with a constant risk of getting SNACed. Sometimes the NPCs break fair-play (e.g.: a rebel is fighting a Royalist, then suddenly a bunch of Maquis NPCs show up=>the duel is no longer fair=>people have to move away from the NPCs=>a bit of necessary OORP for the sake of fair play; and you can't be sure that at the new location the GRN NPCs won't show up).
As for buffing NPCs... First of all, think about Police factions. It can be quite annoying for them, since it's hard (or takes some time) to kill NPC VHFs.
Secondly, you said that yourself

I gave you the examples of NPCs messing with player interactions. I doubt we'll see anything but Q_Q if we add bomber patrols to all houses.
I'm not whinig about it, Gallia is still one of the most interesting places in the mod. This post was here just to show you what the other point of view is.
GRN NPCs...every time I hear that my body starts shaking..dude..those things are terrifying, like..and example would be, once I went to one of the gallic systems...err, the one after the one with the gate to Orkney...and and, was going to one of those unlawful bases, in the middle of it all, these GRN NPCs come outta no where...
..like...lots of bombers..and then fighters...I was like ''pah, bomber NPCs..easy''..then just when I was about to engage(they were hostile to me and shot a few SNACs, I went like ''wow..how many are there?)...then these council NPCs flew by...they were shot down by chainfiring SNACs...dude...horrifying...I got the **** out of there...
