Considering the corsairs are not on good terms with the zoners at the moment, due to blowing their ships up, i dont think thats a good idea with the fp9-crete.

And InRP, Freeport 9 is not capable of Producing Food Anymore. (Unless they managed to rebuild 4 completely-destroyed biodomes in matter of weeks.)

Leon base need to have imports. Pharma, oxi, water, shiphull panels, etc. That makes logic sence.
Crete can use some exports like minerals and such as mentioned before.

And something to mine in gredos, its lava asteroids. All good boys and girls know what happens when big temperature and pressure (something have exploded) affects various materials.
