If he makes good on that threat, file a 6.10 violation, and inform the faction in charge (101st I believe), good chance both a sanction and FR5 will follow. Unless there is a direct relation between the characters in roleplay, this kind of behaviour is just plain dumb.

The captain of the BHG|Core-Cerberus is also the pilot of BHG|Core-Abigail.Hearns - same woman, she just has both a Bullhead and a Manta available. Until he got promoted, Max DeVirgo flew the BHG|Core-Athena and the BHG|Core-Athena'sMemory as well. That can let you have the same personality for your RP be in both house and edge world space.
By the same token, of course, you're not going to have the same person flying a pirate ship that also flies a Liberty Cruiser, though...
