The reason it is bad to chase them after they have stopped trying to blow up the Columbia is very very simple.

They are not important. It is not important that you kill them. It is only important that you stop them from shooting the Columbia. You succeeded in making the pirates stop shooting Columbia. At this point you did not need to be there any more, and you did not need to chase the pirates, because you had already won. You have made it so you can go and do more important things.

Ah i see an BIG mistake.

I never try to kill them, i was on a intercept Course next to the columbia. First i was fire on them that is sure, to bring them on distance. But then I was flying with the Columbia in front of me to Norfolk Yard for repairs.
After them i was Land by myself.

I cannot understand why you think that i was trying to kill them.

As the Captain of the LNS-Ultimator I would like to point out I only provided suppressive fire for the nearby LNS-Vertigo Gunboat. He requested I attempt to discourage their pursuit as he was unable to continue combat due to damage to his ship.

I fled the scene to respond to a call on 2 battleships near Norfolk, but by time I arrived, they were pretty much destroyed.

[color=#FFFFFF]Here i have to say, that Jean-Luc is right. He sticked right next to me and brought me back to Norfolk for repairs. I stayed there till it was clear that they really run, what took a moment and didn't happen right after they come, what you think from what I can see here.
//I stayed there, cause i didn't know if it would be running if I would have left.
We both were at the same place and just attacked the ones who were coming back, yes it had some.
Maybe you can see in the chat log, if you received some evidence at all, that I took out one of them with my rockets. That was the last thing i can mention to this fight, after that, we both left in right to Norfolk.
