So after some test it seems that we can also have double bribe there too. Depend of the npc.

Did you noticed that too ?

I saw it in the past a few times. But i guess, it is still easier and quicker to search for a double bribe in a bar.

When you make many, many characters, and your first move after making the character is to go to the commodity dealer to sell the rules and history for 200 credits, you notice NPC's with a $ logo above their head.

Comes with time and repetition, I think. (Like the trade-lane stuff.)

Yup, they act like normal bar NPCs, too. I've seen some of them offer info on locations and even a few who have rumors to tell.

When I was debugging the Vespucci system for 4.85 (current version), I had to remove an Outcast NPC that was hiding in a corner of the ship dealer room on Fort Leniex. No, I'm not kidding. It managed to sneak in somehow when the system creator wasn't looking.

Holstein, Kurile Junyo and maybe Curacao, Baden Baden and Nevers have NPCs that can show up outside on the deck.
