wow, for a bunch of people that do not want to give 110% to the factions you sure love to wish you were in position to call the shots. Why not let this one roleplay out itself instead of wasting breath?
or, if such things cannot be rp.ed out (example liberty declares war on kusari, in game everyone fights but no game mechanics change) then there should be agreement of status quo rp and focus on small groups or subgroups and roleplay that.
