Rheinland Police, I have two of the Three 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith" Rheinland Very Heavy Fighters fully armed and ready. Both have be fully armor hardened and given an amount of credits for name affiliation and additional weapon purchases if need be.
Both have high reputable ranks for all of Rheinland companies, and have a Rheinland Police IFF signature as well as bare minimum for guard police. They are both stationed in the Halle system and await transfer to Rheinland police control. If you can, provide me a more secure, private link to supply the codes and transfer names.
The Fafnir will be ready by tonight and I'd like to know what type of load out you would wish on that. It says it can mount two SNACs and freighter shields, but I'll let you give me some Idea of what is suitable for your needs.
On a side note, I'm becoming concerned with Rheinland space. More and more ships are causing mayhem and piracy acts from one area of Rheinland to another. Captain Marshal informed me of his dealings with the Reavers. I haven't heard much of them until Owens was stopping them from their incursion into Rheinland space.
Having considered this as much as I could, and I don't mean to do this to you Rheinland, but I do have another request. The Ring has been telling me you get requests all the time for military grade hardware and I don't want to abuse what reputation I've built with the police and Military in doing the same thing. I then reviewed the records on my miner drone and it has reported some serious Hessian activity in Omega 7 and I cannot ignore it. The Reaver Mercinaries also seem hell bent on inflicting as much damage as they can in that system and I have no idea why. Money is a good reason but I'm more interested in who is hiring them and why. While Harley escorts ships through Rheinland, he'll be reporting back and give me a heads up.
My request is for a new Gunboat I am in the middle of outfitting that will be stationed in Omega 7. I request the possible use of seven (7) Rheinland Gunboat Secondary Turrets on the Gunboat that has the ID [FL]-Venerable . This ship is under the command of a Harley 'Cowboy' Kent and is one of my freelancers. I've instructed him to use the Venerable in defensive/escort missions in and out of Omega 7. I already have requested and outfitted the ship with Zoner Gunboat turrets but it seems the power/output ratio is slightly higher than I anticipated. I guess you can say, this is an if-then request. If Harley reports the loadout works with the setup he has, there will be no need to change to Rheinland guns, if it has real operational core failures, then I would like to see if the Venerable can mount the Rheinland Gunboat turrets.
I should have that third Wraith fighter ready by tomorrow.

Mister Spire, I'm grateful for your work, it helps us greatly right now. Seems you've got well-organised and coordinated group, and I'm feeling up to have any further deals with you. As for Fafnir, I think torpedo and cruise distruptor will work just fine. I'll just say, though, it's not really needed to equip those ships, we have enough of spare equipment in Halle, so don't be bothered with checking black market.
As for Reavers, their employers must be terrorists of some kind, most likely. However current problem is to supress them themselves efficiently (and economically effective).
I have no objections with arming one of your gunboats with Rheinland turrets, but I need final word from your 'Cowboy'. Then one of our technicians will supply the finest me with contract blanket, and then I'll provide it for you to sign up it and receive your the most beloved turrets from the Oder.
Oh, and those zoners could never make their ships working anyway.
After our last encounter within Frankfurt, we had to take a long hard look at the ships over all configuation. Our combat effectiveness ranges from 39% to 48% with our current load out. Most attacking forces require quick and decisive tracking and recalculating and Gunboat Razors are not the weapons for the job. Harley Kent seems to be handling the weapons load out he's currently using so I would like to request the Rheinland gunboat turrets offered to his ship, to be mounted on the Vigilance on our next sortie. I'm hoping that greater and quicker firing rates will make up for the enormous power output from the razor cannons.
I was also asked to relay that the two fighters have been transfered to military control for the time being. I'm sure the Police will have access to them. We just wanted to get those birds up and running is all.

In addition, we seem to be finally making a dent with the Munich situation. I didn't like being in one of the heaviest ships we have but contributing the least. They say when the bad guys start complaining that they are getting caught for their illegal activities, we're doing our job. We can take the heat.

Howdy Rheinland! I guess it's fixn to be bout time to introduce myself. Harley Kent's the name. Long time ago before Liberty and Rheinland took out their double barrel negotiating tools, I used to be a marshal on the planet of Texas in Liberty taking in all sorts of vermin to Sugarland and dispensing all types of justice. Yea Ah hear ya. What's a Lib in his right mind working for Rheinland? The truth of the matter is that you always know the right thing to do. The hard part is doing it. Story starts about two years ago when I arrested Adam once upon a time. Yep, my boss. Just a wet behind the ears kid tryin to take the law into his own hands and pickin a fight with hombres he'd best just walk away from. That didn't turn out so well and he threw a fit with the wrong Liberty guy telling how his system security sucked. I can laugh at that now. Then almost two years to the day he comes walkin up to me and asks me to fly for him. What a pair that kid had askin me. There's a heapin hell more to it then that but here I am.
Now don't be getting all spit n nails on me. Not here to fight no wars just win battles. Problem is these varmints keep getting bigger guns then our ground pounders can carry. I'm also not to tickled to see all that military hardware comin through from your neck of the woods to my back yard. I filed reports to all corners, but those got dust balled faster than ice lives in the summer. But enough of my lip flappin.
Now rightfully so, only handled a light fighter, mainly chasin down varmints from one end of the planet to the other. I'm old time fashion. Still got my refurbished six-shooter and that baby can still fire. Back on Texas, they called me Cowboy even when there wernt no cows around. Now I read the laws of the land here and I'm not about to rustle up any issues with Rheinland. Just doin a job and taking down the rustlers where they be. The cowboy is a patriot but not just to Liberty. I've been on the border a long time and tossed back a few legal's and dudes in uniform. A true cowboy is one who says it was nothing when it was everything and that believes that be did better than first but worse than last. I'm aiming to make a bit of a difference in these parts.
