You should do a deep-voice testosterone filled man, like on slow music stations. Kidding aside, I really like this idea, even more if it was a realtime thing, just on a loop that was updated every so often with ads (Music will be the same, obviously)

Well, people are free to submit tracks as long as they're appropriate. Every mix will be "different" with "most popular" tunes being played as re-runs. Also, propaganda can also be in forms of music, for example check out this song that would be fitting for Gaian propaganda:
