How i did get them?
I did take the discoverymap and did a strike-through through every system that i fully explored.

Maybe you missed those Jumpholes that lead from one system to the same like in those Corsair Territories.
And if i recall it correctly you need to dock all Jumpholes in order to have then explored.

Take my word on it too. My char has the same number of jump holes - 406. Had in 4.85, although. In 4.86 their number was changed.

Yea, strange.

In 4.86 my visited systems shrunk to 126, docked bases to 429 and found jumpholes to 382.
