As I heard you can fly on BS or Dread without BS Scanner. Is that true? And when 4.86 released this ''rule'' will be still active?
P.S. Always getting O_O when see fighter with BS Scanner)))

For quite some time, it has not been necessary to have a BS Scanner on a Battleship. This will remain true for 4.86, too.

the problem is you cant buy a bs without bs scanner unless you have the whole amount like 800 mill. Then you can interchange and the price reduced. No one can buy a bs with 500 mill i mean cant buy it from shipyards unless he have 800 mill(price with bs scanner i meant to say). Bs scanner should be available at extra buyable equipments.
