cerberus are meant to do continous damage - like primaries ... and yes.. they are of course superior to primaries.

but you can only mount them on heavy slots. - so your choice should be: cerberus? or more bust damage like a HM? - or tactical like a missile?

for lvl9 slots - the choice is usually quite easy ... you pick a primary.

Yeah. I missed that.
Now i have tested liberty carrier legate and ransuer.
Legate and ransuer can fire all 4 primary forward. Actually ransuer can fire 4 in all direction.
But liberty carrier fires 2 front side, 2 upside, 4 downside and 4 backside.
Kusari bs 2 forwrd and rear. Kusari bs has 2 class 10 hardpoint on front which was previously hardpoint 9 and 10 in 4.85.
Dev who designed liberty primaries has 1000 hugs and 2000 kisses from me ... Its looks great. At last liberty carrier will have some love(just need primaries firing arc improved, only 2 fires front).
