Hire a merc to kill the guy. There's not that much you, as a miner, ca do about it.

Negetive. I remember that happens some times with my mafic. I filled transport with one of my friend. Then suddenly i see him running.. So what we did told him to stop. Didnt stop.. Then made him stop and turned to dust.

For this very reason i have an ore thief in tokyo and sigmas.

ANd i have broken no pvp engagement rules.
