ok I do:

Nomad ID
pilot carrying this ID is a happy player who finally can make true nom character and PvP with it and he/she:

must never leave Omicron sector because theere is no Nomad War anymore
can engage anyone who call him/her jelly or nomnom
can assist Wild in combat because it makes sense
cannot land on Wild bases because he/she just cant reach there
cannot demand credits because Nomads dont use banks for obvious reasons. and lacks of pants to hold there credit card
cannot speak like human. cannot think like human. cannot even want to be human. nomad/human hybrids (not a nomad parasite inside human) or other abominations with furries or reptiles is big nono
cannot RP with any forms of robots because robots dont have brain to send visions to

allowed ships: nomand only fighters, bombers, gunboats... and of course - Camera ship
NO NOMAD WILD SCORPIONS FOR YOU!!!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!
