I think you should start RPing someone who's buying things. Ask for commodities from across Sirius, no matter how esoteric or mundane they are, and pay handsomely for them. That's a sure way to attract people and give cash to the community. It even lets you build up roleplay if you like that style of RP.

well if you see a lack of charities why not try seting one up yourself? or atleast find somone willing to setup a charity for any purpose you deem helpful.
