You are right alot do want change just to please themselves. Some want changes to improve the game for all, or balance reasons. Plus the devs volanteer. If they do not want to make a change to something? they won't. No one can make them as you said, no pay, so no orders right?
I am a devoted player as many can see i been on forums since 2007, and was playing even before that. But alas even i would have left if we were still using 4.83, and had no changes from then to now.
Some change is good, and improves game for all, but you are right, and i agree fully that some changes to suit a few here have pissed me off in the past, and will so again i am sure.
So IMO changes that affect every single player equally i am all for.:yahoo:
Changes that affect 1 group/faction/area pisses me off to no end, and ruins gameplay.:angry2:

Game progression is one thing. Like chapters in a book and episodes on tv. And mutually beneficial changes to mechanics or anything else that updates the game is one thing

But to have always a Heavy Bomber that's tough as nails be complained it's OP. Well sure, it's OP but that's why it is what it is. Was put there for a reason (most of the time anyway)
And there is always, always a counter to it. You just are obviously not on the side capable of producing it. That's just the way the story goes.

The thing I don't understand is why people complain about the mechanics and such or whatever, when we're not even in the final release.

Qqs gonna qq, I suppose. Its hard for me to grasp why people make such big deals out of stuff like caps losing to bomber swarms. I come, I rp, I get out. I would probably find fun here even if this were just an "explore and rp" server, but thats just me.

Dunno, I try not to care much, cause from what I have seen, most crying is about stuff that affects anything but rp.
