So yeah lads, I installed Disco again and went in game, the first thing I noticed was severe FPS dropping, so I remembered what led to that, and removed the line hostname.fllistserver something like that, which was implemented in the tutorial: How to increase FPS in update 4 or 5 (dunno where the link is for that).

And, here's the deal. The frames are good, no stalling or so, but, the others' ship hull is missing. I see the weapons, the engines and so on, but no hull: Screens

So, what do you think it is?

Your graphics settings are too low? Chances are it's a client side thing. Asking me to solve it is a bit silly though. Not my realm of expertise.

Well, I've increased it to maximum now, here's the previous setup... I'll see if there's difference when I get in game, thanks anyways.

Does it happen with all ships or just the odd one or two?

One thing you could try is updating your graphics drivers -OR- if you have upgraded them since you last played Disco, you may need to rollback to the previous ones.

Just an idea, this has sorted the problem for various people from time to time.

Well, a good number of 'em... Hathor, Roc, Bastet, Thresher... Some ships I see, some I don't, so I don't really know what's the problem in it.

The drivers stayed the same.

Latest input: Increased the in-game graphics to maximum.

one thing , i had the same problem and when it comes back , upon logging in to disco , choose LAN instead of Internet.
for some reason this trick always works.
