Generally here on Disco, both the community and the admins frown on player groups using multiple IDs in the fashion you are doing. Doing so never ends well for the group doing it. This is for a number of reasons, most having to do with the fact you're ignoring the attached role play and lore associated with a faction ID. Which is what you've done with the Zoner ID.
The Zoner ID is not a generic ID as the Freelancer one is. It comes with predefined lore and role play attached to it. Your stated diplomacy does not match that of the predefined diplomacy for the Zoner ID. Your Zoner ID ships would be breaking 6.9 if they act as you've described.
I'm also confused as to why you list Zoners as allied and Zoner Guards as unfriendly......they are the exact same faction.
I'd say just change the entire faction over to Zoner IDs because parts of your role play jive with Zoner role play and lore, however; your intended diplomacy is far from what Zoners have as their diplomacy. That would need to be changed to jive with the use of the Zoner ID for your group. That and you need to spend most of your in game time outside of house space. Zoners are Zoners because they left house space.
As McLovin pointed out, exploration is going to get boring very fast as the mod isn't updated quick enough to prevent you from having explored every nook and cranny a year before the next update comes out. You'll need to create some more tangible goals that can be worked on in game/forums otherwise I don't see you lasting.
