Between New Tokyo, the restart Kusari system and Sigma 13 is only one System. Not that far i think. The main Problem is that you have to fly from A to B to C to get all the neccessary stuff for your ship like Loken said above.
' Wrote:It also natural for kusari unlawful to shoot indie pirates, kusari lore I believe derived from pre-Meiji Restoration era, where the japanese close themself from foreign influence, thats why to become Kusari RP'ers, the first word you need to know is Gaijin
And because of this there is no Freelancer base in Kusari yet. Wouldn`t make much sense in RP.
' Wrote:It's probably just something the devs never thought about. Equipment placement is terrible in discovery, it takes a ridiculous amount of flying around to set up a ship.
Yes, for a Freelancer outside of Gallia for example it is too hard to get all the neccessary stuff. The basic stuff for a snub or a Gunboat should be available at every Freeport Same for the ID`s. Easy to reach for everyone. Or is there any reason why the Pirate ID isn`t available at a Freeport? I thought the Freeports are a harbor for everyone.
' Wrote:Sigma-13 isn't too far from Kusary.Go and take it there. Or either go and get one in Coronado on the Freelancer base.
Again... That's not the point! I know how close it is, but in ALL the other houses, you have bases within that sell it. They don't even have to go to Coronado or Sigma 13. I also know that those bases in-house are junker-bases and that they don't operate in Kusari. I'm not saying that it has to be a junker-base. All I want is a base that sells it within Kusari.

+1
If Kusari is so sealed off from foreign influence and don't let foreigners in, then that should be reflected in the bounty boards i.e. You don't have to be a Kusarian to register on those, right? So, if they want Freelancers to hunt for them, then there should also be a base for them. Some of those Freelancers work for unlawful factions, and it would only be natural that some of them move on and start their own unlawful enterprise... Pirating! Maybe a Freelancer-base in Shikoku would work. There's already a BHG-base there, and... Maybe one more base could be fitted there. Just a suggestion!

The point is, fly to Sigma 13 and buy it there. If that is too much i can`t help you. The pirate ID would makes sense at a GC base. They are more liberal. But then you have to fly to Hokkaido....
Also, the Junkers indeed operate in Kusari. Not that much like in other houses maybe. ID wise they can land at GC/Dragon bases and it`s the House where they can pirate btw.

There is a difference between a lawful BHG base and a base where maybe Pirates or unlawful Feelancer can do their own business. Why would Kusari allow to build a base like this within their borders? A Freelancer base makes no sense in Shikoku/Kusari. In Gallileo maybe. But then it`s too far away from Kusari for you again i think. Lawful Freelancers/Mercs have acces to a lot of Bases in Kusari. Unlawful pirates/Merc/Freelancers can dock at GC bases.

*sighs* OK! One last try... I agree that it's easy to go to Sigma to buy it, but... again... THAT'S NOT THE POINT!!!
The point is... Why isn't there an in-house base in Kusari that sells it, when there are more than one in all the other houses? It's not a question about how far it is. It's a question of availability in all houses. Even if Junkers are active in Kusari, they don't have a base there, do they?

*sighs* not your point yeah. Maybe you re read all the post here and then you know why.
Where you want to sell the Pirate ID in Kusari house space? Like i said mentioned it here:

All other bases are rather stupid. Read Markus Janus post why.
A Freelancer base where a pirate can do their business in Kusari wouldn`t make any sense. At all.
And no, the Junkers don`t have a base in Kusari because of many reasons.
' Wrote:Battleship Matsuda in Okinawa
Correct, but Matsuda is almost the same distance from the Kusari restart system like the Junker base in Sigma 13. But that`s not his point i`ve learned...
