Well , again same crap happened. I reported that i lose equip from time to time. It was not so problem when you drive tranports of fighters, but lose of BS 15millions cost shield pissed me off greatly .
Ship is aquilon carrier Star_Rambler, newly commisioned and befroe his first mission he was cruelly sabotaged with vanished BS shield. Can i get my shield back, i bought it in baffin as a equip package with Aquilon itself. I noticed ship lose when undocking from base gran canaria where ship was positioned.
Hello fellow by any coincidence you got attacked by bombers with nova torpedoes when you lost your shield?
Note that all external mountable equipment have health bar and could be shoot off the ship if sub-targeted and attacked.
Second possible option is that you haven't lost it just disable it with specific button- if you check your ship interior you might find it there and third option is that you somehow unmounted it and died after- all unmounted equipment goes away if you die with it however I guess the first one is more logical.

Hello Mr. Govedo (//hmm) i havent been attacked i had shield prior to docking a planet , and then when undocking i lost it.
Other posibillity is unlikely i havent deactived shield , nor i have unmount it in any way and died. Actually i bought carrier 45 minutes ago before issue and never died with it or being attacked by anything bigger then small fighters, nor other player cause i was oorp setting ship for proper ID and future use.
Well .... i returned to baffin and bought shield again. I suppose you are too busy to solve issue. IF you can reimburse me 15 millions , if not ... whatever, just try to identify issue and try to fix it from occuring.
You docked a battleship with a planet... that might be the cause. The shield hardpoint is individually targetable - Might be it was stuck in the radiation zone while the main body of the ship was already clear of it. You generally will NOT want to dock battleships and liners to planets, as they tend to have a hard time undocking.
