Howdy sir's. I am a busy man, so i will get straight to business.

The Liberty Navy's secondary fleet is currently in the process of finishing the last installments on their latest Battlecruiser class warship. The LNS-Cattlebruiser. However we are missing 2 key modules, namely 2 Docking modules.

We have been informed that our bretonian allies are in possession of a considerable amount of these "plug n play" docking bays.

Now, the navy uses taxpayer money, so our budget is tight, im sure you're in the same position. So i hope you can offer me a nice price, pr module. Seeing as i am in dire need of getting these modules installed ASAP.

Paul D. Daniels, Liberty Navy Secondary Fleet.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a Dock Module from Kings Cross.

However in light of the fact that you are part of Liberty'€™s Armed Forces and therefore under direct control of Liberty'€™s Government; selling you Docking Modules could have potential political implications for the Bretonian Government.

I have heard of Tech'€™ sharing with Liberty by our Armed Forces, but I have not had any directive from the Foreign Office on sharing Civilian Technology.

The sad fact is without an instruction from our Government I can not authorise release of Docking Modules to Liberty Naval vessels. However, if say *USI* put in an order for Docking Modules; then who'€™s to say they don'€™t '€œsell'€ them on to the Liberty Navy. Once the Docking Modules have left the station and Bretonian space, we no longer have control of what they are used for, if you get me drift.

If a Liberty Company was to place an order for Docking Modules, they would be $140,000,000 credits each.

Liberty Corporations we are happy to do business with include:

[*]PFI] and Planetform
[*]Ageira- and Ageira Technologies
[*]Cryer| and Cryer Pharmaceuticals
[*]DSE) and Deep Space Engineering
[*][*USI*] and Universal Shipping
[*]IC| and Interspace Commerce

Again thank you for your interest in Kings Cross Stations manufacturing facilities.

Yours in service to the Realm,

Mr R. Manning
Logistics Manager, KCS

The issue is already resolved, We have acquired our modules already.

As a military officer, i can only be greatly disappointed in the lack of discipline, cooperation and action readiness the Border World Exports have shown.

For a corporation of your size, i would expect you to handle the call for help, from an trusted allied nation, to be of utmost importance. However your choice to disregard this as a political play has shown me that the Bowex Corporation, and perhaps Bretonia as a whole take the alliance for granted.

Remember this, sir, next time your allies call, ye better be ready to serve them.

I will forward this reply to sentral command, seeing as you are using political excuses to cover up a situation that would have had no political ramifications on your part.

Sir I am very happy to hear you found a solution so quickly, and wonder why our office had to be bothered with it in the first place *cough*

I'€™m afraid that it didn'€™t help jamming our satellites communication receivers with your boosted signals.

I offered you an alternative to avoid a political problem, instead you threaten us and our Government.

I'€™m sorry you feel that we are incapable of providing an adequate service, we have many happy customers. I think, sir, that comparing us to a Military service is rather narrow minded, perhaps typical of a Military thinking man? If you are looking for that kind of '€œdiscipline'€ then you should perhaps approach the BAF, your insensible response to our offer is a testament of a lack of understanding about political relations, something that diplomats are more equipped for, hence my reason for copying in the Foreign Office.

So since we have actual work to do, I will forward this communique to the Foreign Office, who will contact your Government and Naval commanders who will explain how political ramifications work.

Yours in service to the Realm,

Mr R. Manning
