If there was a wipe, people could be refunded slightly.
IE: Give all factions 500million say (or less, whatever)

That helps the factions, doesn't help the indies.
So, before the wipe, if you have over a set amount of credits (Honestly no point in refunding 100k) you can post a screenshot of your character list and the total sum of money you would have if everything was sold.
Would end up with over 200 or 300 people to do but if the entire Admin team sat down and did it, it could be done overnight almost.
After all, all it takes is to look at the post on the forums, find the persons character on the server and add the cash.

Lots of work, but would mean people wouldn't commit suicide.

Of course, hope it doesn't come to that.

There are > 4000 accounts on the server. Either you get a bot to do it, or OH GOD THERE'S TOO MANY OF THEM!!!

Caylith got "ugh" after only 20 sanctions, think about 4000...

I'd say a good chunk of those accounts have been used for a week and then left to die.
A bot would do it simply but people would HAVE to post a screenshot proof in every post, so people don't get money when they don't have it (Since the Bot can hardly check the screenshot, it has to assume the number posted is correct)
