For some time, I have have faithfully served the Temporary Autonomous Zoners as both Administrator and Ambassador, my appointment as ambassador coming from my late friend, Malaclypse. I am proud of my accomplishments and regret my misgivings but with my many duties running Med Force Enterprises and keeping TAZ going, I have decided to step down from the role I have achieved much, Ambassador.

Effective immediately, John Rackham will assume the duties I have enjoyed for so long and dawn the ambassador's robes for the Temporary Autonomous Zoners. He has been with us even before me and is more than ready for the job. He serves with honor and I am proud to call him a friend as well. So please, give him the courtesies so many of you have extended me.

I will continue to serve as Administrator and, upon request, will address any concerns from the many organizations throughout the sector. Mr. Rackham has my confidence in his dealings, any of which will come to me for final approval. Also, in his absence, I will fill in as needed.

Thanks fer the vote of confidence and handing over the Ambassadorial Responsibilities. I have some big boots to fill and I'll do my best, and it's reassuring to know you're staying on as Administrator.

On that basis it's also good to be able to say that there's no big shake up at Baffin. Business as usual folks, just spreading the work load around the Temple.

Elder Buonocore, I don't travel much anymore due to my work and raising three kids but my visits to Crete were always memorable. I've included some Corsair dishes on our menu here in Baffin at "Sins After Hours," our watering hole here on Shasta. Cretan Chicken has become a favorite and it is spiced to taste. While Ambassador Rackham will be handling a bulk of the diplomacy, I can still make a visit.

Arbiter Crow, your friendship has become most valuable. I'll still be making contact with you and we can still continue some of the work we've started. I'm curious, what Junker dishes are popular? I'm trying to expand the menu here at Shasta?
