Funnily enough that's what I do. Sort by name works wonders, or sort by system if you aren't in a house capital or *cringe* Omicron Gamma.

Alright, let me put it in another way.

I respect you having second thoughts (as a player) about it and not being able to wrap your head around the rule stating that "out of character" conversations shouldn't be undertaken in system channel. I can also relate with you wanting admin feedback on it.
Even though I don't think that text is ambiguous. But then again I'm a programmer.

As a character that represents the Mandalorian Mercenaries, if you can't be bothered to talk to each person in private or come around with an "in character" alternative to nudge them the other way, do nothing.
The other day I've PMed four people in sequence about "out of character" chit-chatting. It took me a minute or so.
