Good day to you, gentlemen! Usually I would not bother you with matters of Bretonian security, but when flagrant breaches of Bretonian law occur on your very doorstep, I feel it is only fair to give you a warning as to the danger posed by the pilots in question.
The mercenary Widow has represented a constant and persistent threat against all law abiding operations within Omega 3 and the surrounding systems for some time. This situation has come to a point today, with an attack on Bowex shipping at the Omega 7 gate near Falster.
Our escorts managed to draw the brigand off, allowing all of our transports to escape unscathed. The fact that Falster and Aland did not open fire on the terrorist implies that you may not be aware of his true nature. We would request that you rectify this situation to improve the security situation within the region.

[26.02.2013 21:15:21] Bowex)Bruce.Hardley: bloody bastard
Given that we had priorities of survival as opposed to recording material at the time, ample evidence can be provided of the mercenary in question attacking our shipping elsewhere, as well as engagements near Freeport 1. I hope we can get something done about this.
thank you for bringing this criminal to our attention. While the evidence leaves room for improvement, the picture is sufficiently clear.
I have a few more questions, though, mainly to get a better threat assessment:
What ship is that criminal flying? It is hard to identify on the guncam shots
What identification did said criminal use? I assume Freelancer papers?
Have your employees found any clue who is paying the bounty?
I am asking these questions because the IMG recently had trouble with some mercenaries in the Omegas and southern Bretonia that claim to work for the Corsairs, which was a new development to the Guild. Perhaps this mercenary is part of the same movement.
The Guild has opened an investigation and we will see whether the evidence is sufficient to adjust the stationary defenses of Aland, Falster and Freistadt to rob this person of some safe havens to operate in.

Hullo there, Mr Janderson.
The mercenary in question has been sighted flying two different vessels - the first is a Bottlenose registered to Widow. - the second, a Kusari Explorer heavy gunboat flagged with the transponder Widow. We've no idea as of the pilot's name.
Currently he is registered as a Freelancer mercenary. By his own words, he's employed by the Mollys to hunt all Bretonian interests and affiliates within Bretonia and the surrounding systems. The fact that he has been repeatedly assisted by Molly vessels verifies that assessment.
He's repeatedly assaulted BPA and Armed Forces vessels as well. I imagine they'd probably ask you to ensure your defence grids were correctly tuned soon enough anyway.
Fistly, sorry about the wrong name and thank you for hinting at it, it has been corrected and the data bank has been updated.
Secondly, thank you for provoding the requested intel. It's always good to know who to keep an eye on.
Changes to the defense grid take time, so I assume you will still have a few days or in bad cases weeks in which IMG stationary guns will not respond to the threat.
The changes will however be initiated in the following days.

Hullo again, sah.
Much obliged. If we're going to be neighbours in the near-future, we may as well learn to work together, ey? Share the newspaper, watch the kids, bust up the shady Hispanic fellow who hangs around on street corners after the star has set. All the normal things.
If ever there's a good-for-nothing, rotten mercenary that King's Cross needs to take a jolly good pop at, just give me a holler.
Alright. Just a short notification that the both known names you sent me have been added to the gun-them-down register. Now it is in the hands of the technicians.
Concerning the cooperation to keep the Omega garden tidied up together, I can only agree with what you stated. Improving the general safety in Omega 3 and Cambridge is a goal we share. And holding mercenaries responsible for their decisions has always been a goal of mine.
You kindly mentioned the possibility to paint some people red to King's Cross, and I would gladly make use of this offer.
A merc named Mr. "Wayne.Peyton" and also "Wayne.Peyton." works for the Corsairs and has been attacking rather indiscriminately in Omega 3. We can confirm one Eclipse bomber class vessel, the second has been changed recently. Could be a Roc, but don't rely on this piece of intel.
Aland and Falster recordings show that this one is not unknown to Bowex. If you need evidence, I can dig into the archives.
