Sorry if we've gotten on the wrong foot.
Raidcall, I haven't heard of it before. What's it like?
its very simple no drag on the internet that i can tell and my internet is crappy ... google raidcall .. its like team speak and our chat room is 5508310 thats the id number ... you can host multiple rooms also we have like 10 diff chat rooms also you can use a head set like me etc ... but we can divide the chat rooms up like afk ... lounge .... smg only ... recruits ...etc its pretty nice.. i didnt think i would like it but its nice to pop into a room say hey and leave and not be tracked down like on skype ... also can still type text if ya still like the old chatting style .. but most of us can really shift the game when we all sign in
www.raidcall.com is where i d/l it from also ..... i hear teamspeak is just like it and you can d/l an app for it .... so the team speak seams to be a little more user friendly but .... raidcall can house 10,000 ppl on one single chat ... and i have to tell ya i get no lag from this and i run freelancer on a 1.4 m/b d/l package and like 800 upload its horrible but raid call comes in like a phone call and i get no hickups in anyone speaking .... we used raid call to join you one day in cali with out pirate accounts there were 3 -5 of us on raid call talking about your pirate crew ... one of use joined your un official faction
I've got good experiences with Teamspeak from playing EVE. It doesn't strain bandwith, it's easy to use and the Lobby/rooms make it easy to go to the right channels, you can of course password protect them, and use the lobby for general chat. It's easy to make new rooms for impromptu roaming fleets and so on; all-in-all it's good for gaming.
yes sir i hear teamspeak was the way to go before skype ... but i still have to say raid call is still very sweet .. and we dont care what ppl sound like as im in memphis tn ... got another guy in canada ... bosnia .... great brittan ... we have a mexican also ... "joke for my mexi friend" so it really brings us all from diff parts just to play on fl ... cause we all hate to type sometimes .. and yes my grammar and punctuation isnt up to par .. but then again i wasnt trying to sound high and mighty ... easier being a peasant lol
