Good day John,
I hope this message finds you well. I am excited to share that the work on the hydroponics bay at the MedForceEnterprises Academy has progressed significantly and is now officially in Phase 4 of what is known as Project Hydrothera.
This phase focuses on the expansion and optimization of our self-sustaining system for food and oxygen production. It took the team some time but you'll find that the project has been thoroughly documented, detailing our strategies and objectives, and it outlines how we plan to enhance our academy's self-sufficiency while also providing benefits to nearby settlements. It is also open for the public to see as we hope this helps us draw in enthusiasts and sponsors.
Our proposal includes a comprehensive budget and innovative approaches that will enable us to scale operations effectively. I believe that this initiative holds great potential to further our mission and reinforce our commitment to sustainable practices.
I look forward to discussing the progress and next steps for implementation with you soon.
Sincerely,
Jill Xi, PharmD, Director, MedForce General Academy, Omicron Theta MedForceEnterprises

Good Afternoon, Jill,
I just finished reading your report and I am most impressed by this. You have put a lot of thought and hard work into this and the team you have assembled is equally impressive. Very well done. It just re-enforces that we have selected the best people throughout Sirius and Gallia to work with us. Let me know how I can help even if it just means bringing in some goods.
I will be at the Academy for awhile within the next couple of days as I have some classes I am teaching and my schedule has a lot of procedures scheduled. I also figured the piano setting in the cafe could use my presence. Perhaps we can get together over some dinner to discuss business and life itself? And do bring Anya. Would love to see her again.

Good Day Doctor Holiday
My name is Gunnar Lind, I am the Capitan of the [MFE]~Healing.Heart. Usually, you dont hear or see me as I am responsible for getting the Mobile Hospital from A to B. I only Contacting you today because you are Noted in her Record as her Emergency Contact. Yesterday around 23:00 Hours we moved over to Java Station to meet with the Patient that Mr. Reed had Mentioned. I dont know much about the Interaction between Doctor Saito and the Patient as this is Confidential Information. I think Doctor Saito wanted to Comfort the Woman and Prevent her from doing something very Dangerous. While she did that we noticed something weird on board, it was like we were walking through some kind of Fog. Doctor van Goeben was nearby and informed us later that the shenanigans of a Nomad caused this. It seemed to me that the Alien focused his Actions on Doctor Saito as she Protected her Patient. I dont know for how long this Mental Battle Lasted as the Crew and I lost all Track of Time while we stumbled through this kind of brain fog. But when we came to our Senses again there were several Hours gone by. The Next thing I remember was that we got Contacted by Doctor Van Goeben as he had a Video Feed Open with Doctor Saito and the Patient.
Doctor Van Goeben Informed us that Doctor Saito had Collapsed in her Office and was Unconscious. We Immediately Dispatched a Medical Team to her Office and Found her unconscious and a little Blood Flowing out of her Mouth. The Doctor was Immediately Rushed over to the Hospital Wing and put into an MRI machine. Doctor Steward found that she had a Broken Rib and that Doctor Saito had bitten her own tongue as she fell onto the floor. As the Ripp was not Loose and was Supported by the Muscles around it Doctor Steward Decided that no Surgery was needed. He had ordered to Put her under Constant Surveillance and to inform him should her condition change. It looks like we were lucky this time, Doctor Saito should be back on his feet soon. But Doctor Seward told me that she might need some time before she could Breathe without Pain again.
With this, I will conclude my Report on the Matter. Please feel free to contact me anytime should you want an Update on Doctor Saito's Status. Should anything change to the Better or Worse I will inform you Immediately.

Captain Lind,
Dr. Saito uses me as her emergency contact as she has no family so I am assuming this is why you are calling. I thank you for this. While your report is serious I see that she is in good hands. I will make my way to see her within the hour. When one of my department heads is hurt, I make it a point to at least check in on them.

It is my understanding that Dr. Saito is the proud owner of the [MFE]-Penicillin, an Archon class modular mining ship that has been converted into a hospital ship. Congratulations on your new ship. May she serve us well. I have updated the roster to reflect the change. Let me know if it needs any fixes.

Good Day Doctor Holiday
Yes, I must admit that I am the Proud owner of the [MFE]~Penecillin. But this is not a Hospital Ship. It will be intended to Serve as a Mobile Medical Factory. While the [MFE]~Healing.Wings have similar Capacities, we had to Realize that it is not so much Suited to serve in that Role. The Old Spaceframe of the AS-1300 Retrofit Transport was only partially successful in its Mobile Factory role. The Limited Interior of the Ships Combined with their Obsolete Design and the Frequent Need for Repairs and Maintenance. While the Basic Concept of a Mobile Medical Factory was an Outstanding success and Saved many lives since we can Produce any Kind of Medicine Right where we need it and do not have to wait for Medical Deliveries from the Houses. The Fact that the Ship that Housed the Factory Itself had some many Problems made the Whole Process Unnecessary Complex and Prone for Failures and Errors. The New Archon Class Modular Miner allows us to Build Dedicated Medical Factory Modules that will then be able to be Purpose-built for what we need. We can also Store certain Modules in Orbit of Planets or at Zoner Installations. Because These Modules are Removable without the Need for a Shipyard, we can Swap these Modules really fast, in an Emergency Situation maybe even in just one or two hours. The Ship will of course also have Medical Facilities on board such as a Surgery Suite and some Patients Rooms. But the Penicillin will not be Equal to Dedicated Hospital Ships. The Main Role of the [MFE]~Penicillin is to be a Mobile Factory After all. But I could also Imagine that we Could build Dedicated Hospital Modules for these Ships as well. With the Modularity of the Archon, we have all the Possibilities in the Universe to help People.

Subject .......... Anya's birthday
Dear John,
I hope this message finds you well and not too swamped with work! I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the surprise video message at Anya’s 1st birthday celebration. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it really made the day extra special. I know how busy you are, so the fact that you took the time means a lot to both of us.
Anya is growing up wonderfully—though I have to admit, she’s quite a handful! She’s started walking, which is as adorable as it is chaotic. She falls more than she stays upright, but we’re getting there. I’m blaming her clumsiness on her donor, of course—because it certainly didn’t come from me!
On a sweeter note, she’s started calling you “Doc Doc.” She must be very fond of you because she almost never uses two words in a row! It’s heartwarming and a little funny to see how much of an impression you’ve made on her, even from afar.
I also wanted to share a highlight from the celebration: the birthday trip to the luxury liner Hawaii, a generous gift from the staff. Anya and I had an absolutely amazing day. I’ve attached a picture—from the trip as Anya is blowing out her birthday candle. It’s such a sweet moment, and I think it perfectly captures how special the day was. Now I've been telling her stories about you an your ranch so be advised she may pick your brain on that the next time you get to meet her.
On that note, it would mean the world to both Anya and me if you could find time to visit us at the Academy. I know your schedule is tight, but having you here, even briefly, would be so special. I’m sure the staff would enjoy it just as much—they’re always asking about you and would love to catch up in person.
Thank you again for being part of this milestone, Doc Doc. It means so much to us. It means the world to me.
Warm regards,

Subject .......... Project Hydrothera
Good day John,
I am writing to update you on the progress of Project Hydrothera and to explain the reporting delays we have experienced since October. The delays were caused by technical issues within our data management systems, which disrupted the compilation of detailed progress reports. I am happy to report that these database issues have now been resolved, and we are back on track with our documentation and communication processes.
Since the start of exports two months ago, Project Hydrothera has made remarkable strides, particularly in supporting planet Pygar. All shipments to Pygar have been routed through Corfu Station to streamline logistics. These deliveries, which include food, oxygen, and medicinal herbs cultivated in the hydroponics facility, are provided free of charge. The supplies have made a meaningful difference to the population of Pygar, particularly in healthcare and nutritional stability.
Corfu Station has been an invaluable partner, ensuring the smooth handling of all shipments to Pygar. Their support has been instrumental in maintaining our delivery schedule, despite the logistical challenges of operating in this region. This collaboration has significantly bolstered our reputation within the Edge Worlds, furthering our mission to provide aid and foster self-sufficiency in under-resourced areas.
The project's community impact has also grown beyond our initial expectations. Humanitarian shipments have drawn positive attention, leading several organizations to express interest in collaborating or supporting our efforts. This momentum reflects the dedication of the entire Hydrothera team, from the cultivation of medicinal herbs to the transport crews’ unwavering commitment to timely deliveries.
As we look to the future, the next phase of the project will focus on scaling operations to meet increasing demand while maintaining our goal of financial sustainability. We are confident that our progress thus far lays a strong foundation for this expansion.
I apologize for the delay in sharing this progress, but with the technical issues now resolved, we are committed to providing consistent updates moving forward. If you have any questions or require further details, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Sincerely,
Jill Xi, PharmD, Director, MedForce General Academy, Omicron Theta MedForceEnterprises

Hello Again, Jill,
I knew a good choice was made when you were named administrator of the Academy. I have seen the reports and our purpose in Omicron Theta is being amplified. Very good work. I am a bit worried though with some rumblings out there with Phoenix and such. Pygar is home to many who have already lost everything once on Gran Canaria and I would not want to see that happen again. Pygar is the main reason why we set up shop there. I trust you will navigate your way through it and make the Enterprise look good.
Also, you will find some presents in your quarters. I had them delivered. A couple of things for you and of course, I took the liberty of spoiling Anya. I will be around for a few days over the holiday and would like to treat you both.
Thank you for your hard work.
