I'll let Hades know, but I can't imagine he'll like it.:P
Either that or we'll need to halve damage and energy consumtion, then use a dual HpFire hardpoint on the turret - to spawn two bolts per shot. Given the Cerb has a scattering effect, that wouldn't look half bad.
Also, about the main gun on this model: Relative to size, it's not nearly as large as the gunboat version. Even energy weapons tend to use some kind of particle to carry the energy (Photons, tachyons, neutrons, plasma, particles - all highly energetic particle types). Bigger accelleration means longer accelleration rails means longer barrel.

Now that would be pretty sweet to see. If that ever happens you best make a note on the turret info card about it firing two bolts so people are not confused about the energy consumption.

I believe the current cerb mk2 was the inspiration for the new guns; it too has two barrels.
I wasn't aware you guys were willing to use multi HpFire weapons, so I just chucked the HpFire in the centre like the others.
I'm not familiar with the use of multiple HpFire points, is there any extra preparation required on our side other than the obvious adding a second HpFire?

This would be absolutly awesome for all double / triple barrel'd guns, actually...

All I don't like it that sight on the turret's barrel.
Taking the sight (which personally I feel makes the barrel look better anyway) off is in my opinion hardly a reason to edit the mesh, fix the textures, send to MS3D, prepare for CMP, export to CMP, and hardpoint the model. Again.
It's so minor that the only reason it's even a problem is because we've given you a close up view of it.
So my answer is no. Whether or not that will be Anne and Nick's answer is another matter, and if they agree with you then I guess it will get done.

Hardpoint data can be transferred to a new version of the model if they both share the same dimensions/scale. Either with the 'standard' UTF Editor, or Cannon's buffed-up version of the software.
But yeah, that's not exactly a good reason to do it.

Well yeah.
But it's just two hardpoints anyway xD
I just added the step so the process seemed longer to get my point across.
