I agree with the majority here. There is absolutely no justification for newer systems, we already have tons of absolutely deserted and vacant areas. There just is no point in it. Besides, it does not even work with the RP: It is horribly illogical that there are fully-developed house systems a few years after this mod version, where noone even knew them.
