Maybe I should request to be unbanned and get the VR caps out of bastille and cause some mayhem to the extreme level.
Didn't you ask to be perma-banned? I thought that was going to extend as far as the forum as well.

Im sorry, I never did anything wrong to DESERVE a server ban.
And the bastille'ing of the VR ships for doing nothing wrong was a abuse of power imo. There are rightful owners of the ships, which the admin team blatantly disregarded.
Edit:

Only asked for a server ban, never said anything about it being forever zzzz.
Power does not corrupt. Fear corrupts... perhaps the fear of a loss of power.
But is it really causing so much grief for new players? Has there been any feedback from new players who didn't make up their mind about this 5 seconds after the rule change launched?

Josh specified he didn't care about the VR anymore at all. So technically the only rightful owner past that point was you.
He said he was going to use the caps for something over the summer when he was free to do stuff. Even then, if he didnt want them, they would have gone to the faction leader, not the administrator of Bastille Station. (honestly I don't even know who is leading the shambles of VR atm)
Edit: Whats even more funny is how players have been permabanned in the past, yet came back, and where even ALLOWED back after the admins found out it was that person. (See Smokey/Dubstep)
So a ban is not technically perma.

I knew he was going to play around again, but totally unrelated to VR. The fact he mentioned the caps is new to me, so idk. But well, even if they're in bastille, it means they still exist and aren't deleted.

I am unsure of what he has told you, but it was not going to be completely unrelated to VR. AFAIK it used VR as a basis for said RP...otherwise, not sure how much he will/was going to divulge to anyone else. But that is a discussion for another thread (or skype, which I dun use really anymore lawl)

Considering this now makes even the battletransports useless, well actually they became useless with turretsteer, the one thing they could face now cant be touched by em, all this does is create player hate.
Honestly, transports are balanced as cash cows at the moment because the pirate crowd whines and whines whenever they might have to work for it. now they just grab a buddy with a snub and a cruiser and even convoys of battletransports cant do squat-all to defend themselves.
Therefore, i make the following suggestion:
Since pirates are now able to pirate in anything they can get hands on, i think its safe to assume adding a mercenary cruiser type would not go amiss. If the pirates are starting to use everything they have, corporations would certainly step up their defences and start up-armoring their ships as well.
If this rule change becomes permanant then adding mercenary cruisers to combat this problem (a viable solution, considering indie pirates can maintain a gunship than a ship that is backed by a major corporation could easily handle a cruiser size) would be a helpful stopgap. Perhaps an escort cruiser class.
Anyway, another alternative is to add more armor and guns to transports, though that seems to defeat the point, making only cruisers and bs able to do much.
The only real option is enabling better defences for those who convoy up as mentioned, with a merc cruiser escort or a corporate cruiser escort. Because lets be honest, bomber and snub escorts or even gb escorts really cant prevent a convoy from being insta-popped now by a bs or cruiser.
"Pay or die" is not good balance, and that is what this rule has created. You have managed to eliminate all teamwork activity from being viable because one pirate cruiser or bs can ruin your whole time.
