I already know, and knew it for like... Ever since I put my (well, Avalanches, tbh) money into IC|, what will be done in such case.
Are you done here?
So what will be done in the case you leave the faction?
factions are not hardcoded - many of them are "founded" ooc by traders - especially unlawfuls are often set up and founded by ppl that they consider "their enemies".
how a faction fares when the leader leaves is something that can be worked out - but its not quite a point that requires to be critizised imo. such things are usually sorted out internally - and it doesn t quite matter too much if the leader leaves two factions with shared money - or one faction - and takes the treasury with him ( cause he forgot to give the account to someone else - or cuase he didn t want to ... and we don t quite question that )
about the FR3 - i have not read it again .... but you are right - it is a "bonus" granted to the faction. - often however - i a cau8 might simply not be required anymore, cause its not like players start anew when they join a faction. - so its quite easy to imagine that they might willingly pass it to someone else that aids them in one way or another. - or maybe its just borrowed.... .
being leader of two factions should also not be a problem - many a prominent players are not only leader ( or acting leaders ) of more than one faction - but some are even leader or leading figures of opposing factions. ( something i find more disturbing )
this just from a hopefully rather objective viewpoint, cause i nither even know the IC| - and i haven t heard of the FIST ever before.
Since there is s rule about it the shared faction money and admin annoncement about it .
Admins are not responsible for the shared faction stuff- money and ships.etc.. And wont take any action if anyone of the faction leadership spend/sell etc faction property.
I will also give you example- like 2 years ago one of the LR- Leadership gave out the banks of the LR- faction to the random people, admins took no action(refunding I mean I guess they banned him or something), I never saw anything that this is changed now and if it is I would request link with the exact ruling.
TLTR Faction Leadership can use the faction stuff as they wish.
' Wrote:Shared Accounts notice
Investigating unauthorised changes to shared accounts takes a lot of effort and it can be very hard to determine who is right and wrong.
As a result, the admin team will not get involved in disputes related to shared accounts. If you share your account ID with other people it is your problem if unauthorised changes are made to the account and the admin team will not investigate reports related to shared account access.
If you are not sure about the security of your account, please create a new one and use the /movechar command (see /help for more info).

NIetzick was not the faction leader at the time. He was a former leader who still had access to the armories.
Shared Accounts is not the same as faction money. That said, I dont think there is a rule that exactly covers Faction Leaders robbing their factions blind, although it is something I think we should not welcome here in Disco.

Damn straight it can.
DSE being a prime example in my case (Deal with DSE being in your neck o' ze woods, Snak3), it was through mine and Widows countless hours of pre-faction roleplaying, pre-faction money making, that we built the faction up from a dead and de-officialized group into what it is today. Yet when I was ousted, damn bloody straight I'll use that money to build me a new LR- ship, maybe buy Order ID'd Vidar to lulz conn with.
The fact is, it's our faction/our money/ OUR problem.
So if Snaki3 poos here wants to spend his 'acquired' funds ooc, let him. You can't do anything about it. The risks are all there, no matter which way you look at it. That's why we control the finances. Only Widow and myself have access to our factions assets so we only have ourselves to take responsibility for it.
As I assume that is not a real answer, I will assume that since I asked the question three times, and you seem to want to refuse to answer, that you either dont know what you will do with the money, or have some nefarious aims. I would suggest the members of IC| ask you to make a clear accounting to them of what money there is and where is will be going, before they let you leave the faction with it. Especially considering how you gained control of the faction. IC| guys, I would be careful, I think he wants to run out with all the IC funds at some point.
Correct me if I am wrong, but you dont seem to want to answer the question, although you claim to have an answer ready.
