We have noticed this as well, however until this is remedied Interspace may be able to offer a solution. Due to political difficulties one of our barges, the Pride of Sirius is currently moored near Saitama Industrial Annexe and unable to get home after exchanging it's cargo of hull panels for Helium-3 gas. Since this situation may take some time to remedy, we would offer to exchange the goods for your ships, and hold the hull panels in escrow until they can be delivered. If you wish to take advantage of this please let us know or hail any Primary Trade Fleet vessel who can alert the barge captain.
