Director, I have some sad news. I have only just made a routine patrol of Alaska, when I came across a ship that was bearing Morgan Donald's IFF. Upon finding the craft by visual I saw that it was heavily damaged, the engine was missing, presumed to be the debris that surrounded the craft. However the main hold had stayed together, except that the airlocks were not in place. They had been left open.
After suiting up in a Vacuum suit I left my craft, along with some equipment and a link to my ships scanners. As I presumed from my cockpit the craft's airlock system was left open. Upon being inside I found that there was a struggle of some sort, shown by blood splatter all over the inside of the craft. Though I could not find a body, even after searching through the fighter. I then proceeded to upload data from the blackbox. The data came well enough, but it is heavily degraded, most of which is barely understandable. However, from what little I could gather Morgan Donald was enroute to Kodiak after being chased by something. There is no descripton, or visual data that I could see from what I was able to read.
Just as I finished reading what I could, my ships scanner warning system alarm sounded, with several Nomadic craft approaching. Safe to say I barely escaped with my life, with the first shots happening as I was closing my ships cockpit, ready to re-pressurize my cockpit. I have now handed the remaining data files to the Research and Development department to see if they can find any useful data that I could not read.

Agent Jinko, you complete impossible. Finding Morgan's ship was not easy job, at least not without any information on his previous mission. Most informations regarding this operation are classified even to the LSF agents, keeping that blackbox in maximum secrecy will be your next job because data from that blackbox can be valuable to us.
Morgan Donald will be listed as Missing in Action, his body was not found in his ship and there might be a chance that he is alive.
That would be all and Jinko. Contact me when you find anything from that box.

I am still at Kodiak Station and have retrieved the Black Box from it's locker. I have taken it to Doctor Lawson, with strict instructions only to report information he finds directly to myself. I have also given instructions that he is the only one allowed to work on retrieving any data, and cannot pass in to anyone else's hands, other than myself and Doctor Lawson's.
In the meantime, I will keep my operations in and near Alaska.
Nikasha, I have been able to transfix several locations from the black box. They are by system, Omicron Minor D2, Omicron Major A4, Omicron Delta D5 and C2 and Omicron Kappa C8.
I know it may not be much to go on, but looking around those areas may help your investigation. I hope that it may lead to another clue that will be far more useful. I am still recovering data, but there seems to be alot of it with 99% encrypted, and de-fragmented in to separate files.

Greetings agents and department heads.
I'm here to tell you that all operations regarding Zone-21 has been putted on restricted list for all BNG (Black Navy Guard) ships, trying to enter or operate the zone will be treated as criminal act and force can be used with proper warning.
Charges:
-Assaulting on LSF personnel
-Disobedience of directly given orders by LSF Director
-Assisting criminals of the state
-Attempted murder
-False accusations
Orders are standing for Zone-21, as for the other systems fire only in self defense. BNG has direct orders to dock on Richmond Station in Virginia and about their future will be discussed, police/navy will deal with it in other systems.
That would be all, until future notice.

I have gone out and checked a few locations that were revealed from the black box as being odd. A location inside Minor turned up some interesting debris. The debris seems to be from a Libertionian design, likely one of our very own space craft, and more precisely damage remnants of parts from the ship I had found. I have taken some sample's and handed them to our fine Doctor. I hope these may answer more questions as to what happened to this mystery ship.

HIDDEN MESSAGE OPENS: DIRECTOR BROWN'S EYES ONLY
As you can see from my main message I have referred to Morgans ship as a mystery ship to ensure our fine Doctor does not know who's Black box it is. My personal thought however of Omicron Minor is that something bizarre is happening with in the system. Shortly after I left the small debris field some Nomad Fighters were heading towards me. Though they did not open fire, I managed to get some scans, and they seem to be more powerful then many Nomads we have come across in the past. What ever is going on in Minor cannot be good.
Reporting on the situation of busting a slaver. They broadcasting their business over the system wide communications. Proposing as a customer, I was able to as well as a Bounty hunter was able to set up an ambush at the sector coordinates of G-3. The Slave liner was chased down for the fact that I had hired the Bounty hunter was that they were in a light fighter and after letting the chase lead for a while before we were able to stop the ship.
It progressed and the BHG vessel kept the liner pinned down, where I was able to get a ship to come out. we were able to save the one hundred slaves. We then gave them the choice to eject and be captured or to go down with the ship, they ejected and we were able to arrest them where the ship was then destroyed and the two offenders were then shipped to the Missouri and later confirmed guilt and now serve the sentence of one hundred claims of slavery.
Thank you Nikasha for the samples of the debris of a suspect ship. I was working on it all night. Something had me worried that I had found from the Black box a few hours before you arrived Nikasha.
Patric looks nervous, startled a better word as well as looking somewhat down trodden from the lack of sleep. He looks intently at the screen, more so then ever.
Right. Lets start from the beginning. As I said I found something on the Black box that Nikasha Jinko had given me some days ago. It has been a pickle with the imagery information that I have found so I have scrapped that avenue. The data record's seem to be in a better shape, of course from gaining some locations from it. After much hard work I have found something even more benign, and rather startling. As I previously stated I have confirmed it only a couple hours before Nikasha came to me with the debris. Well...
Patric's tone dye's away, seemingly unsure or uncertain of a truth.
Where was I... Ah, yes the data I have been able to compile from the Black box shows a new weapon signature of Nomadic origin. It scares me to say the least, that it is fairly powerful, and not seen by ourselves before. Now, the debris was able to help me, not only to confirm the signature itself, but also to confirm that it is a Nomad weapon. The debris samples show little evidence of direct damage, however upon closer inspection I found organism's that hold the same structures as Nomad's. These little creatures were found to be eating the metal at an alarming rate, for which i have thank fully put all the remains in to stasis, and had to destroy the rest in case some of the organisms found there way of the debris samples.
Little to say that these newly found organism's are by far very deadly, Nikasha is lucky to have found them at all. As well as there deadliness, they are by far, even more advanced then anything we have ever seen before.
I am, however have found a few fragments in the Black box, though I am in the process of forming them all together. Hopefully I will be able to find more from the ships Black box.
Looking a little sharper after tasting a pale coloured drink, Patric regains some composure.
I however do have a request Miss Brown. I would like someone to escort me to Planet Cambridge. I know of someone there whom may be able to help me with some files I have found, to which I do not understand. I know they would require their full team to come to be of any actual help in that manner. The only problem though is if we bring them in to Liberty, are they to come to Kodiak, or another location more suitable in Liberty. That would be the only for-see able problem, bar getting the team in to Liberty itself from Bretonia, though I doubt they wouldn't prevent us.

Doctor Lawson,
Sadly I must say that your request is rejected because of many things, first and main is simple: I would like to keep that box in LSF hands only, running around with blackbox could be risky and dangerous, no matter how much people on Cambridge are trusted. Blackbox isn't going there. Not only to mention that classified information(s) could be compromised into the Bretonian public, data from blackbox could be huge problem in the wrong hands. However, I could offer you a help from "Eureka Research Station" or giving you more time.

Upon unlocking and moving to fort-bush, I spotted two Cruisers but was unable to do anything about the such as they moved to Rochester. Continued on to where I was given codes to a secure group with DHS AIT agent Yunee Yukine and Elite Agent Nikasha Jinko. We didn't link up first as I took pursuit of a Corsair gunboat. refusing to stop opening fire, we both left worse of for ware as only a few points of hull integrity was holding their ship together, but the same went for me as one of the panels left my ship exposed and had to leave.
Patrolling with both Yunee and Nikasha. we observed a clash between pirates. Accounted for was a Outcast, Two rogues. two traders. one of the rogues were a Cruiser but after so long we left and then returned to New york. where we subjected traffic to stops and scanned before they were permitted to pass.
After a short break on fort bush, I undock'ed to find the stations guns live and firing at a Outcast Barghest but unfortunately was unable to acquire any gun-cam pictures, I was unprepared as they hit my ship with a Nova torpedo dropping both our shields. I activated my ships shield regeneration but a second later as a second pass was taken and his shield remained down, in that instance and I took the opportunity powering the Anti-matter cannon and I hit their starboard side obliterating their ship.
The second was catching a Rogue Berghest this time who tried to travel back to the badlands catching it as it came out of the trade-lane, it continued to try run on Thruster how ever it was easily caught. Later its prisoners were freed onto the LN-Peacekeeper who transferred them to the nearest base. The Rogue then refused to be taken in and attempted to hire a mercenary and we proceeded to engage. five kilometers from the jump-hole to the badlands while the shield with down the Barghest took at critical hit from my Anti-matter cannon. we returned to help LN-Goldenheart and during a few passes the target took some mines to the hull weakening before a Anti-matter charge landed and obliterated the ship.
