Forgive me Director, it would seem that you have misunderstood me. I wouldn't be transporting the Black box anywhere. I have made duplicate files of the fragments I need help with. These can easily be transferred to any station we control in Liberty via a simple, yet secure transmission, so will not be at risk of being captured via transportation. So the Black box and the files that I require help with will never be beyond our reach.

The files that I have found, that I need help with, I believe are basic files, and barely even make a scratch in the memory of what is still held with in the black box. We can also ask that the Scientist I know, including his team to remain in Liberty till a stated time and enforce a official secrets act on those person's as well. Would be standard procedure, as many companies make sure scientists who work for them don't talk about projects that are held close to them and is actually considered a crime in Liberty and Bretonia to break such a contract. I am sure that the files are less likely to be of something important, but at the same time that the risk of a leak of information would be very low.

In light of the points I have given I ask you to reconsider my request. I would only be going to Planet Cambridge to pick up the scientist, as well as is team. The security for my ship would ensure there safety in to coming in to Liberty, and to the location that we choose for them to make there research on the files that will be given to them. These files would be given in a controlled manner to prevent any possible information that could be leaked. There is a term for this type of research, however I do not know its full name at this time. It's best described as giving one file to each person, they cannot talk about that file to each other. The interpretation of the file is taken, and given to me for example, for which then I have then only to put back all the files meanings back in to order to actually make sense of it. For example, lets say if each file was a word in a language we do not know. I give one file to each person. That person translates it and pass's the translation to me. I know where the word should go in the sentence, so all I have to do is put all the translations in to the correct order. And I am the only person who would actually know the order of where each file (word) should go.

I hope you will allow me to get the Scientist I know who can help, along with his team.

We have recently lost contact with our reconnaisance satellites in the Omicron Minor system which were launched two weeks ago. Several days ago the unexpected ion storm disabled the satellites. That's why we had to investigate what happened in Omicron Minor. Since the satellites' post-storm auto-reactivation mechanisms failed, the chances were high that something had happened there. We only managed to get several images before the contact was lost, but those images indicated large Nomad presence in the system.
Investigating it was our primary objective.

The specialists from the RD&A claimed that larger ion storms like the one we had had a week ago may also have led to the destabilisation of several jump holes in the Omicrons. It means that several jump holes may have collapsed, some other jump holes may have changed the exit points. There is also the possibility of finding new jump holes. That is another reason why it was been decided to launch that operation. Finding the new routes and exploring the Omicrons was our secondary objective.

That mission was classified as high-risk assignment, therefore we had to gather a team, since there was a possibility of encountering the Nomads or Order forces. All units that took part in the operation are listed below.

It was discovered that the Order forces in the Omicron Minor system had been wiped out and the system itself was been abandonned by the remaining Order operatives shortly afterwards. Most of the Order vessels had been destroyed, and the wrecks were still present in the newly-formed lava asteroid field around the devastated planet Toledo. Althogh most of the vessels were destroyed beyond repair, survivors were detected on one of the Order gunboats. The recon party just left the Glacier Bay when some of the Order survivors appeared in the area.

All the data (including guncams and records) regarding the operation is currently being analysed by our specialists and will be released at a later date or marked as "Classified" and put in the archives.

I got some distress call from California system about some pirates there.
They were taxing and killing some traders there.
And while Navy is at the front line and Police already got their problems in the core system.
Agent Tamara and me launched our fighters and set course to California system.

Me: Let's see what the problem is...

Me: Let's go!

We caught them in action there...
They were shooting on 2 traders...
There were no time for arguing with them.

Tamara: Huh... Sir?
Me: Don't worry, Tamara...
Me: You are with me.
Me: Listen careful and stay close to me.
Me: Let's protect those traders.
Tamara: Yes, sir.
Tamara: Going in hot and engaging enemy

There where 6 pirates...
We couldn't turn back and leave those traders to die.
So I gave orders to attack them.
All in all it ended the way I planned.
We saved traders and we survived without much damage.
Tamara has had its shining moments in this struggle and I couldn't to this without her help.

Today I started my shift in New York system.
Everything looked so quiet.
When something popped on my scanner...
It was a Xeno bomber.
He was doing some mess around Fort Bush.
When he saw me, he started to run to Colorado jump gate.
Then he stopped and started with insults.
I do not tolerate insults...
So he signed death penalty with that behavior.
It was fast and clean.
I guess that he was rookie.
Anyway I finished with him and secured the lane to Colorado.
After that, Agent Tamara joined me.
So we continue our patrol.

Today it's been confirmed that there is a newer strain of the Cardiathigeneous cancer, caused by ingested cardimine. In the sample shown here you can barely see star shaped cells. Cardi Genes (Cardiathingenous) are usually tubular in characteristics. As we all know Cardimine is highly addictive and dependent. Users cannot expect to live without it nor exist with it. Eventually Cardiathigeneous cells take over normal cells. Usually within the matter of 5 years pending on the dosage and body structure of users. For many years Outcast Scientists have been trying to slow this process. I and others within RDD have believe they found a way to do it. CoPOZapozine, Eckamophicizone, Ateria, Hybocombzine C, Delutezato and Neumophiczone have all been found within the blood sample we recovered from a Zoner national claiming to be 300 years old. I checked personally every record this guy has been alive for 3 centurions. His medical history is unremarked. He claims that Zoner Chartered Institutions conducted live human experimentation on him, possibly others too.

Because of this I am requesting a full investigation in accordance of Anti- Human Trafficking Sirius Law ~10sA. "Government and Civilian Agencies are required to investigate all medical related experimentation on human victims" and we are liable for the results we discover.

And the subject is free to roam until we declare him an victim under AHT Act ~334sD. "In the interest of health concerns and public safety all victims of human experimentation are responsibility of the Credited Neutral Institutions from the victims national origins." This subject is Zoner born, but we can access the subject through Ame Station.


The dangers of this new cardimine effect is grim and important to realize. If anyone is found containing these specific traits, star shaped cardi genes, then they will be automatically admitted into LSF labs or labs in MU.

Antipiracy operation at TL Norfolk

Today there was a hot day... After murder of one weak pirate, me the signal which convoked all ships to TL Norfolk has come. I have departed there. When I have arrived, I was horrified... There there were many piracy ships. After a while, fight was started... At first we have destroyed one of Gunboats pirates. Then we have lost two cruisers. After destruction one more piracy Gunboat, enemies have passed in deviation. We managed to clear area of piracy activity.

On a recent patrol, I got a trip from a credible source about The Joker causing problems near planet Los Angeles. There was a MM~ Mandalorian Mercenary already on scene engaged with the Joker, who was in a Kusari explorer. I called for assistance from a Liberty Navy captain piloting a Gunboat, who was very eager to assist us. If that wasn't enough, the captain ask for assistance from a freelance friend of theirs. This was The Joker we were dealing with, we weren't taking any chances. A few minutes with the 3 of us on him and another ally on the way, we were doing good. However, The Joker started to act hysterical, started heading right towards the sun, and was in the corona of the sun, all our ships backed off as we assumed The Joker would burn up in moments, sadly that was not the case. The Joker activated his cruise engines and set off towards Alcatraz Depot. We thought he got away, which I regret could have happened with the manpower we had at our disposal. In the end however, The Joker was taken care of somehow, with the final blow by MM~Sebastian.Rodriguez, who I commend highly for his service. No escape pod was found although, we assume with all the rogues around the base, someone else must have taken him in. This will stop The Jokers inhuman deeds for a while, which I think boasts well all around.

Greetings everyone,

I would have to confess that I have been late on my reports, but I would like to inform to whom it may concern that it does not mean that I have not been doing my job. In fact I do believe that I have been doing my job as an LSF agent more that I can about some others. So I will proceed to display my reports.

Alaska:
It is becoming an increasing issue for LSF agents who attempt to keep Alaska clear of unauthorized pilots...I am not concerning myself with the order but with civilian and non military personnel flying through Alaska. In a more recent occasion I have come across a trader who consistently is found ship through Alaska, even when I blow up this pilot's ship (call sign: Chuck) within hours he is right back out there trading guns and what not. I feel that Alaska has not been keep secret from the public in the right manner.

The omicrons:
recently I have taken a trip through out the omicrons to see what has become of the nomads and the order presence in the systems. As I flew through omicron Minor it seems as thought the Order have had a Massive war with the Nomad.(now many of you may already know this but it will still be included in my report) I believe that this has its benefits as well as its drawbacks. With the order presence out of Omicron-Minor, the LSF will and has seen a decrease of Order presence in Alaska...The only remaining issue is that darn Battleship in E7. A draw back of the order loosing there system to the nomads is that LSF is having to deal with more nomad in Alaska. Just the other day I stumbled upon a nomad battleship escorted by two gun boats, I had never seen a nomad battleship as far as omicron Iota.
During my exploration of the omicron I have discovered two new systems which have already been colonized by the Order; Omicron-Mu and Omicron-Zeta. The introduction of these new jump holes were most likely caused by the recent Ion storms.

Pirate Activity:
I would like to state that there is a concern that the pirates have become organized in recent decades and I would like to agree with that statement...To many times within a week does it take a naval fleet to suppress a band of 6 or more pirates. Although pirates are not Liberty Security Force's main concern I am simply reporting on what I have seen on my patrols.


This is not the end of my reports, I will be continually filling out more in due time.

Yesterday while stationed at Battleship Missouri awaiting for my time to be called, a ship that seemed rather familiar came on radars and was vaguely familiar. After having the ship cease it's engines and I began to scan it's hull nothing was out of the ordinary, but that name and ship I knew I remembered. While looking into it further I went into the Liberty Criminal Database and found them there, and I knew I came across that ship once before. The second I told them I knew who they were, they didn't like that one bit and began to open fire on me. It took me by surprise and took out one of my guns, which I didn't know that at the time. Because of that one gun being missing, my computers weren't working probably and my Mini Razor didn't seem to want to fire when I told it to, I assumed it was from insufficient power, but I knew that couldn't be that case at several incidences. All in all the target ended up getting away and docking at Buffalo Base in the Badlands, not after exchanging some pleasantries though.

Today was yet another interesting day, and I gathered some interesting data on The Joker. While out on patrol I was hearing some static signals from California and went to check it out. Already on scene were Agents =LSF=George.Patton and =LSF=Johnathan as well as a few other Navy and Lawful allies. The interesting data I must report is that the Joker is not friends with the Rogues it seems and other unlawful targets, as we engaged the Joker, Liberty Rogue forces in the Ice Field assisted us in trying to get rid of the Joker. However our efforts were naught and he escaped through the Texas Jump hole. It would seem as though the Joker does not have as many allies as he seems to make us believe, I am unsure if this has been reported elsewhere; I just thought it was worthy noting.
