Zoner Caps aren't blocked as long as they ask permission from the CoE to pass through Gamma.
They can then pass through without breaking any Corsair law.
But: Oh noes I have to RP 3 sentences, surely I am incapable of doing that so my ship is blocked now!

Moot point anyway if capital docking is implemented. There's no reason for most Freeports to have a capital ship moor. Freeports 1, 2, 4, 5, 6... all really don't need to be harboring caps.

Bump the trade lane speed and leave that jumphole as it is... way too many issues for BHG/Core, Order and Zoners. I personaly hated when Omicron Minor was a highway every lolwut smuggler used in 4.85
As Zoner caps is produced at Livadia, none of them cannot pass through Gamma without Elders approval. If they will tired to see a Zoner caps around Gamma, gate between Omicrons/Omegas will be blocked for them.
Anyway, leave jumpholes as it is, and buff trade lanes.

I find it fascinating how you predict the future,
but since sairs currently have no problem with Zoners , I am sure there won't be any problems of this nature.
Unless the caps decide to go full retard and raid gamma , there is no issue.
Give me one good other reason to deny passing rights through gamma....
