I'm curious to see what Zelot thinks and if OSI takes over 74... will TBH be cool with Zoners.
Honestly though... with the constant raids by almost the entire server on Gamma being based off the FPs Zoners are still prime targets... so umm... all for nothing I suppose.

Probably tell OSI if they don't FR5 the Reavers and RR the TBH will be, with the greatest regret, forced to forgo their historic friendship and do their best to not be slaughtered by battle hungry OSI pilots.

Well intresting little thing, I have for some time belived that the Omicroners were being sca[scapegoated by the other Zoner factions. "we cant do anything because the Croners wont go along." I think this game them a very safe position, not having to take any responsibility for the way things were, just blaming it on the Omicroners to the Corsairs. Now OSI and TAZ will have to do something, and if they dont, it wont be because the Omicroners are standing in the way. From the talks I have had, I dont think the OSI and TAZ are any more likely to use the FR5 without the Croners as they were with the Croners. Only difference is the OSI and TAZ wont be able to keep thier peachy keen relations with the Sairs now if they dont do anything like they did when the Croners were around. TBH intends to shoot the TAZ an OSI until they file the proper FR5s to defuse the situation.

Edit: and Dusty, just so you know, TBH has no "historic" friendship with the OSI.

I sincerely hope another Zoner faction doesn't get "grandfathered in" because it was recommended by the previous faction's leadership. Whether it's deserving or not, rules are rules for everyone.

There really aren't any indie zoner factions that I know of, other then Dakun's various jink spam iterations.

Lou pretty plainly told the admins that the Omicroners want to "reserve" the official faction position for something of Moebus', which seems quite presumptuous of him as a non-admin (now)ex-faction leader. I highly doubt it will actually be taken seriously by the admin team but we'll see.

Seeing some of us leaving the community because they feel oppressed or hurt is clearly a failure of the community. I think we seriously need to think about it in order to prevent it happens again.

I would hope that they feel oppressed or hurt beacuse they as players have been targeted, on all their known characters, not beacuse of any one conflict.

But nevertheless.

Or simply expand the role of Baffin/Omega-49. As long as everything is covered in terms of ship sales. Smaller ships can be distributed among Freeports if it comes down to it.

EDIT: Also, if that system would've existed inRP, it definitely would be number 1 goal for the Core to establish control over it, because it's the only safe supply route to their fleets in Omicrons. Everything else goes through Gamma, Alaska, Alpha/O85 or Nomad Worlds.
