Greetings Outcasts, Rogues, Hackers, and allies alike. Recently, several capital ship fleet vessels belonging to the Outcast Nation were taken to Liberty in search of war. As everyone knows, this is strictly PROHIBITED. The group of renegade outcasts are known as the Morag Tong and should be treated as dangerous and hostile. If anyone sees them, treat them with spite and bring destruction upon them. They are not to be welcomed at our bases, and I'd assume the Rogues and Hackers would not want a bunch of blood-lust driven Ranseur captains lounging about their bases either. The current information on their where-abouts and base of operations is unknown. Any information our allies can gather would be appreciated.

Huh. Funny time for this message to pop up. One of my pilots, Switchback, just had a...
encounter with a few of their ships. While switchbacks constant blabbering did not shed much light, I took
a few looks at his guncams, which seem to paint a pretty clear picture of what is going on here.

They are setting up shop in Kansas, which also houses a base that has showed Hostilities at us before, called
Key Axial. Switchback stopped one of them and engaged, and the end result was one Sabre burned to hell and
back. The funny thing is that they fired first, my pilot was only defending himself. But no problem, They shall
burn. Then we will return their dismembered burned corpses. Like any good ally.

According to my informants and evidence of recent events, the Morag Tong have been taught a lesson by the local authorities in Liberty. Otherwise known as the Lazy *cough* Liberty Navy. It turns out they're finally doing something other than sitting around their damn stations yelling at each other. In turn, our jobs have been made easier thanks to them. We now can go back to focusing 100% on what we do best. And we all know what that is.. Now then. The issue is cleared for now and I thank you for all of your cooperation. I will update you further via this channel on any other relevant news of the Morag Tong if it should present itself.

Apparently the Morag Tong are still out and about being idiots in Liberty. Our older information is outdated and I am requesting any current intel on these rogue outcasts for a Federal Regulation Protocol 5 to be put in place. List names of their vessels and -if available- captains here.
