Sorry, man, but it's not "either or" here. And your values seem pretty off to me. Particularly speed increase by 80, that's quite a lot. Differences should be marginal in order to keep weapons in same category, otherwise it produces so much difference it becomes a weapon of its own rather than fitting into the line.
BH guns in general have great speed, so probably BH Super Nova woud be tha fastest SNova and it should use massive amount of energy in game... but what speed should have that should be agreed by community...

Well, thats the thing, with its curent stats it is weak, have only 15 speed more and also uses lot of energy, and since BHG bomber has 48k it will be able to fire maybe every 18 seconds. Wich makes normal Supernova again better to use for BHs...

Well thats my point, you cant hit anyithing from 2400 meters, not with 295 speed at least. Maybe Albatross since it is big and has slow strafe, but nothing else.
Battleships can dodge battleship projeciles wich travel on 1600 speed from 2k, how do you expect they wont dodge something that goes 500m when u fire it on full thrusters?

That would be just ridiculous. But if you want to unbalance them this way, of course you can but I'll put all myself againt that proposal then. In my modest opinion the diffrences between all those guns should be just delicate and minimal as much as it's possible.

Not true and you know it... I have no problems hitting the huge battleships from over 1.5k with SN... even if they strafe. I'm talking about RH BS, Kusari BS, Zoner Jug, Liberty Car. size.

The range on the Demeter seems to be too bad compared to others... I don't see it beeing much more energy efficient or deal much more damage to compensate. So I think you should increase range to 1400-1500m.
Also as others said refire doesn't almost matter at all, you are always limited by the powerplant. So you are just making things difficult for yourself when you are changing it.

To be more accurate you are more limited by regeneration rate of the powerplant since all bombers use the same powerplant. But you are right, refire rate is less relevant due to that.
Relevant balancing occurs within a scope of three variables: projectile speed, damages and range; e.g. lifespan, initial impulse, hull and energy damages.
