Nitō Kaisa Sanada, I would speak with you personally as well as Santō Kaisa Ishikawa regarding report #1001.
I see the dragon in question has also come to us ' I will also personally question her.
Whilst I have other matters to attend to, I will meddle in this matter since it concerns two of our best. You are both recalled to Matsue for an immediate debriefing.

[color=#FF0000]Operational Updates: Emergency level two
In preparation for initiation of the Sakoku policy, all pilots without a priority one assignment are to provide cover and diversion for teams at the southern border.
All officers with a class two weapons engineering qualification or higher are to report to their C.O for details on reassignment.
Escorts from Nansei are top-priority for the duration of this operation, no anti-matter team should travel alone.
Needless to say, any intelligence pertaining to this is confidential. Any suspected reconnaissance should be diverted or deceived: the guise of border defence should serve as sufficient ruse to cover actual operations.
May our ancestors smile upon us,
[color=#FFFFFF]Bakuryō-chō taru Kaishō Takahashi,
Kusari Naval Forces.
Thanks to Minister Misaki and General Matthieu Reynaud, our operations in the Taus now have more scope. The Tau decree details our areas of patrol.
Quote:Tau-23
1.1 Kusari Naval Forces receive rights to patrol all space within Tau-23.
1.2 If the situation arises Kusari Naval Forces will defer to the commands of Official GRN| and GRP| vessels when both houses are in-system.
1.3 Kusari Naval Forces will not enforce Kusari laws in Tau-23 system.
1.4 Kusari Naval Force vessels will provide assistance to Gallic shipping if needed.
Tau-29
2.1 Kusari Naval Forces have rights to patrol designated space within Tau-29.
2.2 For Law Enforcement purposes the designated space will be classed as follows. The system can be divided North/South by a vertical meridian running through the sun. Kusari Naval Forces have right to enforce Kusari laws within the east and GRN| within the west of Tau-29 system.
For the purposes of protecting Shinkaku Station and its shipping traffic Kusari forces can patrol space in a circle with a radius of 10 km around the station and a trianglar area with verticies of Shinkaku Station, Tau-23 Jump Hole and Freeport 6.
This Shinkaku annex area will thus be shared between both House forces.
2.3 Gallic Royal Navy will not leave the aforementioned designated space unless invited by KNF forces and vice versa, unless in bona fide active enforcement action.
2.4 A strip of space 5 km east and west of the vertical divide of Tau-29 remains neutral and thus provides a buffer zon2 of 10 km between the two houses.
We may now pursue targets into tau twenty three and patrol there as needed.
We may operate in the eastern half off Tau twenty nine, within vicinity of Shinkaku Station, Freeport Six, and the tau twenty three jump-hole.
Through cooperation with Gallic Royal Navy we can now eliminate any threats to our borders and shipping.
[color=#FFFFFF]Bakuryō-chō taru Kaishō Takahashi,
Kusari Naval Forces.
A very concerning event occurred several hours ago.
However, the little fragmented intel we have at our disposal makes us fear the worst.
A wing escorting the Admiral Takahashi has been missing. The tactical liaison with those vessel is dead.
I will be moving to Battleship Nagumo to attempt to clarify the current situation.
You will receive in the next hours new assignments in order to join the search & rescue strike force that i will be leading.
I'm expecting diligence from all of you. Every minute counts.
Do not falter.
"This is shocking news Kaishō-ho , only hours ago I saw her...I will come to help oversee the search and rescue.
[color=#FFFFFF]Naturally as her hand in the field, Command should fall to me in the Admirals absence. Mika... * the man pauses, seeming to express a moment of grief * The admiral placed great trust in me, as I will in you: you are authorised to mobilise available wings to search for her for as long as is reasonable.
* the mans face twists, slipping from anger into confusion * 'How could this happen?!'
"If the worse case scenario is true, and the tac. Liaison is dead, her craft was likely destroyed.
Our operations will be limited by a few factors - as you say - time is precious - the facts are that she was well known to carry the standard reserve oxygen supply - any search beyond the time it takes for this oxygen to be used up would be in vain.
Assuming she uses as little as possible and controls her heart rate, and barring any other complications, the maths tells us that she has approximately three days worth of oxygen at best... Unfortunately our window of operation is limited to the amount of oxygen Takahashi has.
We can not overlook the Zoners in this, though they would be foolish to take part in an action against the Admiral, they may have information. I will be with you shortly and pray that we find her before her oxygen runs out or the outcasts find her.
Genki de ne.' Kaishō Nagata,
Battleship Matsumoto.
"It grieves me greatly to say that we must call off the search for our admiral."
*The man takes a shuddering breath before continuing*
"[color=#FFFFFF]Her air may have run out, but she might have been rescued, so we may hope for her safe return. We must also consider the possibility that she is lost to us, gone to join her ancestors in the afterlife. I am declaring Takahashi as missing in action.
As Takahashis right hand, I believe that major command decisions should fall to me. Of course I will be taking advisement from high command as she did, but I believe our first action should be to recall all pilots searching in the Tau systems and scale back Shikoku operations, with an eye to the galactic north.
A stronger presence in Honshu and Hokkaido combined with strikes on Chugoku and Tohoku should help us control the Blood Dragons effectiveness. May the storm pass us by,
Kaishō Nagata,
Kusari Naval Forces."
My strike force wasn't ignoring your repeated calls; We were simply too far to be reached.
While i disagree with the decision to simply stop the search, i understand we cannot afford to leave Kusari core space undefended.
Yet, i believe there is still a chance to find the Admiral Takahashi. She deserves better than the few days we could dedicate to her rescue.
All the wings are recalled as i speak.
I expect our return in Kyushu system by twenty four hours.
After deliberation, High-command have decided to grant Santō Kaisa Takeru special command of the destroyer Takao. We are depending on you to become an exemplary officer to your subordinates as well as instrumental in counteracting capital threats.
Shinmen Bensuke is promoted to Santō Kaisa with a recommendation from Kaishō Nagata.
Minamoto No Tametomo is promoted to Ittō Kaii with recommendations from Ryoma and Takeru. Kampai.
Teiko`suru, the son of military instructor, was born and spent all his childhood in New Tokyo. His father and his family friends - space travelers, veterans of Nomad War, - sometimes told of a strange system and ships in Sirius, outside the edge worlds.
At age Teiko`suru attended the Kusari Naval Academy and studied for five years. In Academy many training time were devoted to the study Nomad War (800-801 A.S.), which could lead to the complete destruction of the kusarian people.
Teiko`suru after Academy – was on board cruiser as first assistant captain, and after some years he was promoted to new, straight from the slipway, battlecruiser as captain.
Teiko`suru believes that work of exploration in 66th division offers more alien knowledge’s than most other government services, and Teiko`suru`s ship team (the ship's engineering-scientific group*) sure that they more opportunities if they will work in this direction.
Teiko`suru applied for a job in the 66th division.
