Maybe someone is going to realize that Kusari isnt really all that funny to play in as an unlawful and seems to need some fixes, after most of the official factions that existed for years have either disbanded or got activity nuked.

Well everyone in Kusari demanded an isolated, self contained role play environment and they got it.
All the systems need deep synergy with one another and Disco is so big now it is possible to literally never go places on a regular basis and do just as well.
We need long routes for trade and smuggling that go through multiple houses. Gallia's size and transit time isolates it as one example.
Unique commodities and well-organized long trade chains--fewer "exit" and alternative routes.

It was fun to me... I wish I could just point a finger and say "that's what caused it to die" but I can't. It was always a small faction anyway - except for the Sina's -47- heyday - and quite a few people simply lost interest in FL lately. This was bound to happen.
I had loads of fun in my ~3 years in the faction. Thanks to everyone that made it as sexy as it was.
I actually think Kusari is wonderfully balanced at the moment--as a stand alone house system--but that's the problem. There is no compelling reason to go there or leave. You can ignore it with no consequences really.
No disrespect to bd or any other faction (I have never been in-game with you so no valuation at all here) but self-contained rp between buddy factions doesn't go much farther into the server most times.
I've been rping in Kusari for the past month and KNF/KSP are the only ones who's rp has publicly intersected with mine there. In fact, massive kudos to the KSP officer who stopped me and confiscated only the single hynotainment band my Hogosha had to "personally study to dtermine for himself if it was illegal". Made me laugh.
