Hyperwave saw reason to hand over power to Queen Carina's Own, which has been restructured to take in the SF's remaining pilots. The problem was that the SF was broken after a tradition of not using Bretonian gear.

You may feel free to sign up to join the QCR, what the SF now are, as a fighter and bomber pilot. The new Bretonian bomber is a beauty.

I truly apologize but I was all about the SF without the true SF I just don't feel as welcome into bret anymore. Why did Hyperwave change so much and then hand it over to a non SF faction? I am not questioning unselie its hyperwave I don't understand..it's truly a sad day in sirius..

SF was VERY broken to begin with.

Liberty Battlecruisers? Corsair guns? Not on my watch.

Oh, and the decision was the admins.

Oh, come on, people... Stop squabbling about who gave whom control over SF and why he did it, etc...

You all have common goals which is a strong Bretonian Military/Police faction.

Actually I dont have the same goals..Though SF was based out of Cambridge it was more about protecting traders using the Cam-OT route as well as supporting The other lawful factions though that turned bad as SA and RM suddenly were distant from SF especially RM. Thats what I was in it for as well as offing corsair. But it doesnt matter now. I am not interested in QCO or QCR I was just seeing what happend to SF pretty much.....but since that faction tag isnt in use anymore can I use it for another one?

What for? There is no such thing as a Sirius Federation.

If you want to protect traders, ask the BPA about joining, they look great.

Rabid Oscar I understand how you feel about this, but when you left things were still OK with SF. This is what happened in your absence.

1) SF got badly flamed for using out of OORP ships and guns. And they WERE OORP. I was there, I know, I was a noob, and guilty too. (My SF guy was in an Avenger.. I at least got SA's permission..)

2) As a result, a lot of members left.

3) After that, Firebird left.

4) Hyperwave tried to reform it and hung on for a bit. Ships were in RP, and things were recovering.

5) Another loss of members and interest, and Hyperwave left.

6) Hyperwave gives SF to Unselie

The SF you knew and loved is gone. Join the QCR, I did.

Looks like the UOG are about to give us a run for our money...
