Hello good sirs, I am called the Fluffypinkbunny. *she says*
My father doesn't know I took his ship and left our homeworld and our Norse village behind. I've always loved exploring the huge *she lifts her hands up to her chest* Tracks of lands.
*something falls behind her and she quickly turns yelling into her cargo hold.* STOW THAT! WE DON'T NEED THE PRODUCT MOVING IN FLIGHT!!! *she then clears her throat again*.
Sorry about that. I am looking for a good foot in the door job, one which will send me far and wide, I like to watch the stars pass as I carry things from place to place.
Borderworlds Exports application form 8209-2727
What is your full name?
My full name is Amber BA@)%!#*$%!)*$#% *transmission error*
Where was your last place of employment? What experience do you have?
Odd jobs, from here to there, mostly my dad did everything while I explored our lands, and moved produce to various villages.
To what division are you applying?
ExSec: While my love for exploration comes first, my need to protect those weaker than I or unable to fend for them selves comes next. (While transporting my own goods of course)
Why are you interested in working for Border World Exports?
The BMM gets their hands dirty mining and stuff, I love to travel, and trade.
You happen across a Gateway convoy that is under attack by Red Hessians. What do you do and why?
First I watch the battle, who has more numbers, If the Hessians are out numbered, then I check to see what 's needed of me. If I am flying in a convoy, I listen to the convoy's orders. If the Hessians are winning/ outnumber the others, then I swoop in (unless my cargo is weighing me down)
You encounter a corporate trader of Gallic origin. It croaks mockingly at you. What do you do and why?
I dine on Frog legs, and freedom fries dipped in some es CARGO.
How do you feel about Glaswegian badgers?
all badgers have to be worried about snakes, so I bring some mushroom along just incase.
# A dark shade appears from what seems to be a doorway..
When drawn closer it seems to be a man scarred by battle.
The man starts to speak.. #
- What is your full name?
My name is Cameron Blackthorne.
- Where do you live?
I live on planet Leeds, but I was born on Planet Pittsburgh.
I lived with my family in a small house located in the middle of refinery plants, my father was an employee at the Liberty police
and was almost never home. My mother however was always there for me, she never told me where she came from but I remember people saying
she had a very uncommon accent. I also seem to have this accent.
- Where was your last place of employment? What experience do you have?
I am a trader.. I....I was a trader until I got captured and taken by the Liberty Rogues, those scumbags took my ship
and it's cargo and left me there to rot! I worked for an independent organisation based on Erie, I transported Neon to Kyushu
and took back Kyushu rice. It was a flourishing business.
I have atleast 10 years of experience flying different ships through the sirius sector, but all i've build up, I have lost...
- To what division are you applying?
I am applying to the shipping department, trading has been my life and it will remain to be so.
- Why are you interested in working for Border World Exports?
Always when I encountered one of your employees they have been kind and professional and seem to see a
peaceful solution as reasonable as I do. Also I am looking for a bigger company to utilise my talents.
- You happen across a Gateway convoy that is under attack by Red Hessians. What do you do and why?
I'd carefully observe the situation, i'd also consider the importance of my cargo. A proper delivery has always been
one of the traders highest priorities. If I can help a fellow man out I will, even though it is a rival company,
no one deserves a fate as what happened to me before.
- You encounter a corporate trader of Gallic origin. It croaks mockingly at you. What do you do and why?
I have encountered this before, I'd rather not provoke them but would wisely try to talk my way out of it without endangering my crew
and my ship. There is no need for an agressive aproach to someone that is merely mocking you.
- How do you feel about Glaswegian badgers?
Hah, I laugh at 'em, but not loudly, they might become angry.
If you need more information I would gladly hear from you, I am currently located on planet Leeds and surroundings and ofcourse I can be reached through communication systems.

From: Mr. James Barnes, Director Trade Combine Division. To: Cameron Blackthorne Topic: Trainee Trade Captain.
Dear Cameron,
Following a satisfactory interview and induction exam, I am pleased to offer you the post of Trainee Captain. The job will be based aboard your current vessel. Although Scarborough Station is our Head Quarters, most Trade is now handled by our new station Kings Cross in the New London system.
Your duties and responsibilities will be to ensure that your ship is commanded well, safely and without any infringements on any of the laws of Bretonia (except of course those Garlic eaters the Gallians, the cross dressing Mollys, the uncivilised Corsairs, the Tree Huggers Gaians and our nemesis the brainless, drunken sirens, the Reavers!).
Your supervisors will be Stew Wolfe and Jan Peters, they will be responsible for your day to day duties. If you have any problems you can also speak to Mr Andrew Peterson, the Trade Combine Manager.
You will be entitled to four weeks' holiday in every year, in addition to the normal statutory entitlement, of which no more than two weeks may be taken consecutively. The holiday year runs from 01. September to 31. August.
Finally, I would just like to say that I hope that you will accept this offer and that you will have a long and happy association with us at Borderworlds Exports. In the meantime, you may wish to review the setup of our Transport Fleet
If you wish to discuss any aspect of this offer, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours in service to the Realm,
Mr J. Barnes
Director Trade Combine Division

# Swift as a shadow, short as any dream; Brief as the lightning in the collied night.#
- What is your full name?
My name is Skive Plantagenet.
- Where do you live?
For the most part, I live in my ship. But when I do stop I prefre to stay on Planet Cambridge.
- Where was your last place of employment? What experience do you have?
I have been an independent shipper for as long as I can remember. I have never flown anything but a cargo type ship thus cargo is my only experience. I spend most my time in Newcastle so I have drifted to Bowex. I have spoken with other captains, but I enjoy the connective nature, to other systems, around Newcastle so I work exclusively with Bowex independently.
- To what division are you applying?
I am applying to the shipping department, but if future needs require me in another area, I am willing to talk.
- Why are you interested in working for Border World Exports?
All the Bowex captains I have ran across have been very nice to me, which is a rare thing. We have always shared information on pirate locations and helpful information.
- You happen across a Gateway convoy that is under attack by Red Hessians. What do you do and why?
I am betting we are all in trouble in that case. The only chance we most likely have is time. So, we have to try to divide and conquer. If we can divide the Hessians up, give them more to shoot at, maybe with luck fighthers will show up to help. Thus, time is our only hope until help arrives. So I would try to divide up the Hessians so we can survive long enough for help to come along.
- You encounter a corporate trader of Gallic origin. It croaks mockingly at you. What do you do and why?
Nothing. If he is mocking me he is as afraid of me as I am of him. If he wanted to kill me he would not mock me, he would just come at me. I figure sticks and stones.
- How do you feel about Glaswegian badgers?
I do not have a problem with Scotts, and last time I landed on Glasgow station I did not see any. I heard a rumor that Bowex badgers hate them all.
I am always flying around Bretonia so I am easy to find. I hardly ever go anyplace else. Once in awhile I may go as far as Omega 3 and even more rare to New Berlin. I do head to Tau-29 but no farther as I am not well liked north of Tau-29.

Jack sat down in the recruitment office. The woman at the desk seemed like a permanent fixture, only getting off her chair to get some tea.
"Now, Mr. Harley, we just need to confirm a few things," she said, "Jack Harley, eighteen years old?"
"That's right," said Jack.
"You have completed an A2-level starship engineering course, an A2-level history course, an A2-level Maths course and an AS-level English Lit. course?"
"Yep."
"And you have a Level 4 starship license?"
"Yes, that's right." She handed him a form.

Engage the Hessians and assist the convoy. Gateway may not be our friends, but the Hessians are worse.

Insinuate something about the King and fly off before he can open fire.
