Lord Willis of The Kana Keiko,
I congratulate the Council of taking this course of action to deal with the BHG intruders. Actually, I am here to report the complete success of the arrangements you have taken.
When I was taking off from Kyoto today, I met a group of our Outcast allies determined to hunt down the said BHG intruders. I, and as well as a GC, offered assistance in this matter. When we jumped into Sigma-13 with our bombers, we detected 3 BHG signatures on our long range scanners: 2 battleships "-=HUN|TER=-_Ryu" and "-=HUN|TER=-_Beno", and the bomber "Cheshire"...
We scouted the area and found them near the New Berlin JH, where we engaged the three of them.
With the focused fire of 5 bombers on -=HUN|TER=-_Ryu, we were able to damage him severely, until he decided to lure us into a field of gas explosives. But his fate was already decided, and I was lucky enough to bring on the final blow.

With the swift defeat of one battleship, the BHGs seemed to got irritated and we quickly took out the second one. Witnessing two battleships going down with almost no casualties on our side, the remaining BHG seemed frightened and took flight.
After this utter defeat, I don't think the BHG will show up in Dragon's territoy for some time..
Long live the Dragons!

But the Raven, sitting lonely on that placid bust, spoke only
That one word, as if his soul in that one word he did outpour.
Nothing further then he uttered; not a feather then he fluttered--
Till I scarcely more than muttered, "Other friends have flown before--
On the morrow he will leave me, as my Hopes have flown before."
<blockquote>Then the bird said, "Nevermore."</blockquote>

***Incoming Transmission*** Widecast from the Tohoku Planetary Arch in the direction of [Unidentified Destination] Jump Hole
Greetings.
As you may be aware, one of the things that has not changed over the centuries is the face of treachery. I am a former Commander of the KNF. I served on the Battlecruiser Yamato, based in the New-Tokyo system. "Former" refers to the fact that I was ordered to be executed by my corrupt CO, the 1st Lieutenant of the Yamato. Once I realised the extent of the treachery, I fled to the Sigma systems, and then from there to Liberty Space in the Kepler.
This message, if there is anyone reading it, has been beamed by satellite from the Tohoku Planetary Arch installation. It is disguised as a transmission to patrolling fighters, so there is no chance of tracing the signal to the rumoured "Kyoto" base. It cannot contain too much data, as a large file would arouse suspicion.
[CommID]: Lady Reiko Abe of the Blood Dragons [To]: Council of Blood Dragons [CommLink Initiated]
I believe you have all received that message. It is indeed good that people
are starting to realise just how corrupt the Kusari government is. A Kusari
Naval Forces Commander would be a great addition to the Blood Dragon's
continuous struggle to liberate Kusari from the corrupt minds that are
leading it. However, we cannot fully trust this person until he proofs
himself loyal to us and an enemy to any should-be-liberated mind in Kusari.
I will now let the leaders of the council make a decision.

I have some prototype weapons on my bomber that i have no use for, consider it a donation to the nova pg as you might be able to make more use of them than i can.

Dragons.
As you may have noticed, the population of Traders that are currently passing trough our systems, has increased. This, is a disgrace to the Dragons. Mainly because these "Traders", are supporting the Kusari economy. This has to end.
If you bring me proof, of a trader destroyed or pirated within either Tau-63, 65, Hokkaido, Sigma 13 or Chugoku, you shall be rewarded generously.
That will be all for now.

[Subject]: Application
Dear Lords and Ladies of the Blood Dragon Council,
I would like to apply for the list of acknowledged independent Blood Dragons in Tau 63.
My name is Yamamoto Ryohei, maybe better known as "Sleipnir" since this is the callsign of my ship, a Blood Dragon Heavy Fighter. You could say that I am a low rank Blood Dragon since I usually only patrol our zone of interest and ask traders to donate for our goals.
Flying with my fellow Blood Dragon, Nevermore, I recently noticed the increasing number of traders passing Chugoku, the Dragon's very heart - you are completely right when saying that this impudence has to stop.
I always carry out my tasks with pride and discipline and I would feel honoured to fly with my Blood Dragon brethren in this cause.
I will await your jugdement.
Yamamoto Ryohei
Long live the Dragons!
