It has been noted by some of our transports that they have been stopped by ships of your secondary fleet and turned back to Dublin and refused us to sell our gold ore and uncut diamonds. The reasons given have been that we are not listed in the permit database.

As our license to trade, export and use jump technology within your realm was granted by Royal Decree and treaty between our governments, no permit application was necessary, and it is our belief that this is why we are not listed in your database.

In order to prevent unnecessary troubles between our peoples over clerical error, the Mollys request that we be entered into the permit database. All official Molly ships can be identified by the [M]- iin their transponders.
