It's time to promote the people whose dedication and performance made the Liberty Security Force proud.

First of all, Captain Elijah Brand, Chief Coordinator of Tactical Operations, is promoted to Major. Your continued and outstanding service has earned you that promotion. Keep up the good work, Major Brand.

Secondly, I'd like to introduce Captain Martin Welch to all of you. He has been serving as the captain of Mount Crillon for a while. His vast experience in this line of work allows me to assign him to the position of the Administrator of RD&A. Mr. Welch, you'll be working with Mr. Libney, our current Chief Scientist and assist him with any of his projects. You are responsible for the connection between the Directorate and the RD&A. Agents Manson and Palerton are temporarily assigned to RD&A for performing any assignments you deem vital.

Agent Victor Thomas has been promoted to Second Lieutenant and is now a Supervisory Agent. If you manage to keep it up, you'll keep going up the carreer ladder.

Private Vince Peterson is promoted to PFC. Your further progress will just take time and your dedication.

There are also a few other things I need to mention.

Agent Archer's request for leave of absence has been approved. You will be considered for promotion once you're back to active duty.

Agent Altaf, despite your dedication you are still observed by Internal Affairs. You may be considered once the checks are complete and the observation is lifted.

All current Agents in Training, we would like to see you on duty more often. That's the only way for us to evaluate your abilities. Remember, you need to prove that you're an asset to the LSF, not just stay out of trouble for a couple of weeks.

Further promotions will be issued in waves, as soon as we get enough people eligible for them. I believe that would be all.

I am right for now. I can to continue my work on new Laboratory.

We called it Mount Savoonga. First time we will use that until then while Mount Moffit would be repaired.
Well, I can to retell about my new ideas.
First Prototype - 27
Laser, which can destroy all systems of vessel and to block it. I thought about that 2 years. It was my first prototype, when I was in the Council of scientists.
Second Prototype - 28
Nothing new. I offer reload all systems of our ships and load my new Operation System. It has other code of systems files. Nobody can hack your system of ship.
I'll offer to do it for Liberty Navy and Liberty Police too.

Today approx. at 7: 30 I've launched from Mitchell to patrol Alaska. Approx. at 7:50 I've located Osiris battleshipUtah. I persuaded him to leave system in 15 minutes peacefuly, trasfering us 4 naval pilots.
However, I'll include scans of his ship in adds. He's got notable large quantity of nomad remains in kilograms. However my scanners didn't detect any signs of nomad activity on his ship.

In 30 minutes, I've again launched to patrol Alaska, and found civilian trepasser, which was succesfully grounded on Juneau and arrested. He had pretty impressive scanning equipment on board.
