Kusari Lawfuls pride themselves on not forgetting their Samuri roots of which bushido is a way of life. They should have one of the most honour bound outlooks in the game.
In a RP setting I cannot see how it would easily be honourable to push 8.2 on some bases when other bases seem to breach this section.

I even told them im willing to drop the 10k fuel so it will be easy for them, cuz atleast im rightful and good.
So if anyone decides to build a base in kusari, don't.

Heck, if they blast my base, they better blast that Hogosha base as well, cuz otherwise, they break their own rules, which means they are as official as my car.
RP is the last thing they think about ( im talking about the whinners among them ) most ksp pilots i know are decent and really great, but its not them that I see around.

Roleplay is important to note here. Not only was Itabashi a KSP facility before Hogosha took over (which makes it an exception to said laws), the Hogosha themselves are rather influential. It makes sense that the KNF left it in one piece for that reason alone.
Still, 8.2 law is pointless if bases cross it, make it a police or not, and if it is just, ill change it to Police base as well, problem solved. ( ah now you say u gotta be official ) - well my new rp will be a police-officer, i can hide behind RP just as they do, i just don't do it the way I feel like, im more.. i tend to follow rules, unlike some people i could mention.
Bottom line :
They build a codex, they violet that codex, hide behind RP to make it "even" and "just" and then exclude others, claiming it vioelts their codex.
ANd I don't see "police or navy" can break that codex anywhere in their page, so they are obliged to thier codex just as anyone else
I'm stuck, someone help me on this issue.
