Seems this "thread" was not enough clear. Let me help you a little bit.

"I am this et this - put your name here, title, whatever else you want to be acknowledged by -, I am coming from here et there - you know -, working for this et that." Et then, once a proper introduction has been made in a polite manner, we may be able to conduct some serious talk. You know, Monsieur, we both need to be serious about that, or we will get nowhere.

But of course, just to let you know I am not too much strict about manners, Monsieur, et I actually care about what you (try to) say, I looked up our database regarding any base going by the name "Côte d'Azure". Sadly no match were found, are you sure you spelled the name correctly?

Also note that due to yet unknown reasons, not the whole of your transmission could been decoded so far. To my greatest surprise we had to get linguistic professors for this kind of job instead of coders. But do not worry, we will break this kind of language barrier.
