---------------- INTRODUCTION ----------------
The Liberty Navy. Among all of the house militaries it has been known to stand for Justice, Honor and Truth among the law-abiding free men and women of Sirius more than any other. It is the embodiment of Liberty's might, ever vigilantly standing watch and striking down Liberty's foes with a sharpened blade in one hand while protecting it from all harm with an impenetrable shield in the other.
Ever since the Libertonians expanded and the house of Liberty outgrew its foundation on Planet Manhattan, it has been the Liberty Navy keeping the people safe, the space clear from outlaws and making sure the Libertonian way prevails, with Liberty's light shining as a bright beacon in the darkness of Sirius.
During the centuries, the great house of Liberty has grown. New systems were found, new planets were colonized, new stations were built. The once small colony grew and prospered, but so did violence and crime. Opportunities for all kinds of unlawful acts arose on every corner, and as a result it came that the Liberty Navy expanded as well. From its humble origins it has risen, thanks to the patriotism of the Libertonian people and an economy able to bring in an endless supply of resources feeding the hungry Liberty war machine, to become the unparalleled military it is today.
Many a time have its members been accused of corruption and a limitless thirst for the ensuing wealth and power that come with it, however equally as often have those accusations been silenced by cold, hard facts put on the table that proved things to be otherwise. And if that was not the case, those in command of the Liberty Navy have been quick to get rid of the root of said evil.
Possessing access to the best technology Liberty has to offer, the Navy makes its presence felt in every corner of the house all while its ranks grow larger everyday, with new men and women willing to join to uphold the virtues it stands for and make sure that no harm comes to their home and the people who live in it.
For the people in the Navy's ranks, no sea is too stormy to sail.
No risk too high to take.
No criminal too elusive to avoid capture.
No enemy too skilled to survive.
Admiral John Talon is credited to have said the following when asked to elaborate on the Liberty Navy's duty and power -
"We are the Navy.
We're not run-off-the-mill men-at-arms.
When you look outside, you will see us flying in space.
You will see us fighting for those who cannot fight on their own.
You will see us watching over you and making sure no harm is done to you.
To your family. To your friends. To all Libertonians.
As for our strength,
there is no armor one can wear,
no wall or fortress one can build,
no force of arms, no shroud of fear,
to equal what our hearts have willed."
Viewing the Liberty Navy from a more factual perspective, it is evident at first glance that it possesses some of the finest quality technology in all of Sirius. This technology is put to use by the most well-trained people one will come across, old and young, of higher and lower ranks, many of whom have taken part in countless battles against the triumvirate of crime comprised of the Liberty Rogues, the Lane Hackers and the Outcasts. Not to mention the Xenos, who have grown to be more than just a mere itch in the back in recent times. With the war against Rheinland beginning, the Navy's technology and the experience of the men and women in its ranks are being put to use against a fully grown enemy, and - that is certain - they will not surrender, nor will they rest until they have achieved victory.
---------------- TACTICAL INFORMATION ----------------
The fleet headquarters is located in the Virginia system, with secondary headquarters on Planet Manhattan.
The primary naval shipyard is Norfolk, with rumors of another manufacturing facility going around. However, its existence is being denied by the High Command and all information that might hint at its location is classified under Security Level Phi. A Research station, Willard, is located in the California system, however its exact whereabouts are unknown. Furthermore the Navy maintains eleven Battleships that are permanently on guard duty in several Libertonian systems, providing a safe haven for the lone wanderers going astray and faithfully guarding both the core and the borders of Liberty.
These are -
The Battleship Alma, Mitchell-class, stationed in Quebec, Battleship Concord, Franklin-class, stationed in New Hampshire, Battleship Gettysburg, Sheridan-class, stationed in Pennsylvania, Battleship Minneapolis, Axis-class, stationed in Minnesota, Battleship Mississippi, Eagle-class, stationed in Texas, Battleship Missouri, Overlord-class, stationed in New York, Battleship Ottawa, Falcon-class, stationed in Ontario, Battleship Petersburg, Clinton-class, stationed in Virginia, Battleship Rio Grande, Monument-class, stationed in Colorado, Battleship Whitefield, Dowson-class, stationed in New Hampshire,
and the Battleship Yukon, Overlord-class, stationed in California.
In additon to these the Navy posesses several mobile assets which are assigned to different areas of operation as needed, these are:
Furthermore, the Liberty Navy Capital Ship Database offers a more in-depth view of the Liberty Navy's warships.
You can find the database by following this LINK.
The Fleet Admiral is the commander-in-chief of the Liberty Navy. He retains absolute authority over all the Navy's assets, unless overruled by either all the Vice Admirals or the entire Mid Command. In times of peace he answers only to the President of Liberty, however his experience, determination and warfare-related knowledge grant him the ability to overrule the President if this is deemed to be the correct course of action.
Can fly any ship at the Liberty Navy's disposal.
-Current Acting Fleet Admiral: Rachel Baker.
~Admiral~
Admiral is the second-highest rank in the Liberty Navy. The Admirals report only to the Fleet Admiral and serve as his right hands when it comes to decisions made regarding strategy, tactics, politics and diplomacy. Furthermore they serve as counselors to the Fleet Admiral as needed or when it comes to making large-scale decisions that involve changes in the Navy on all levels.
Can fly any ship at the Liberty Navy's disposal, however access to Assault Carriers requires permission from the Fleet Admiral.
-Current Admirals: Jack Malrone, Rachel Baker.
~Vice Admiral~
Vice Admirals report to the Fleet Admiral and the Admirals only, their position resembling more that of a Captain than anything else. Their duties encompass some of those of the Admirals, and as such they are just aswell involved in the fields of strategy, tactics, politics and diplomacy. However, their say when it comes to actual High Command decisions remains limited, simply due to the fact that they have only recently transferred from the Mid Command and have to gather the necessary experience in the aforementioned fields of work first.
Can fly any ship at the Liberty Navy's disposal, however access to Assault Carriers and Dreadnoughts requires permission from the Fleet Admiral.
-Current Vice Admirals: Alan Polstari, Adam Fuchs.
MID COMMAND
~Captain~
The rank of Captain is the highest one outside of the High Command. These officers have usually proven their worth within the Liberty Navy on numerous occassions and are war-steeled veterans of the fleet. Together with the High Command they are responsible for the training of new crews and officers, aswell as the recruitment of new members.
Can fly any ship up to an Assault Battlecruiser, however access to those requires permission from the Admiral or the Vice Admirals. Can serve as the XO on an Assault Carrier or Dreadnought.
~Commander~
Commanders form the backbone of the Liberty Navy. Not much unlike the Captains, they are veterans of one kind or the other, and often undertake training duties in conjunction with the Captains aside from being the closest link to the Lower Command and thus responsible for relaying orders and information to it.
Can fly any ship up to a Siege Cruiser, however access to those requires permission from the Admiral or the Vice Admirals. Can serve as the XO on a Dreadnought.
LOWER COMMAND
~Lieutenant Commander~
The highest rank in the lower command, Lieutenant Commanders have proven their loyalty and devotion to the Liberty Navy and thus have been rewarded with the authority and the responsiblities of this position. This rank is seen as a very prestigious one, because it serves as the stepstone into the Mid Command of the Liberty Navy.
Can fly any ship up to a Gunboat, however access to one of those requires permission from either the Admiral, the Vice Admirals or the Mid Command.
~Lieutenant~
Lieutenants are the mainstay of the commanding officers. They can command and order Ensigns and Sub-Lieutenants, however every rank above them can over-rule any decision they make.
Can fly any ship up to an Upholder Bomber.
OFFICERS
~Junior Lieutenant~
Junior Lieutenants are the highest-ranked officers outside of the command structure. Chosen from the most able and promising ensigns, they are given the task of commanding new Recruits and Ensigns in space, familiarizing those with the chain of command, combat tactics and military doctrine.
Can fly any ship up to an Upholder Bomber.
~Ensign~
Ensigns form the core of the Liberty Navy. They make up the mainstay of any fighting force after proving themselves worthy, useful and reliable enough to become a full part of the Navy.
Can fly any ship up to an Avenger or Guardian Very Heavy Fighter, and Upholder Bomber.
~Recruit~
Recruits have very recently enlisted in the Liberty Navy. They are to prove themselves to be a worthy addition to it before they can achieve the rank of Ensign.
Can only fly the Executioner Heavy Fighter.
SPECIAL RANKS
~Commodore~
The rank of Commodore is not a rank as such but rather a title which may be given to a Captain, Vice Admiral or Admiral in the Liberty Navy by the Fleet Admiral himself. Usually the Commodore is a person who has shown an extreme prowess in one or two specific fields of work, be it Tactics, Strategy, Diplomacy, Organization, Research, Special Operations or Command in the field. Command authority and privileges equal to a Captain, Vice Admiral or Admiral are given out with this rank at the Fleet Admirals discretion and the Commodore responds only to the Fleet Admiral himself.
Can fly any ships as long as permission to do so is given by the Fleet Admiral.
~Quartermaster~
Much like the Commodore, the rank of Quartermaster is a title. The Quartermaster retains his previous rank when it comes to command authority and further priviledges, but focuses more on maintaining the Liberty Navy arsenal instead of his other duties. He is also responsible for keeping track of the Navy's funding and financial transactions.
Can fly any ships his actual rank allows him to.
~Navy Reserve Officer~
The Navy reserve is made up of officers who have had to take an extended leave of absence. Retaining the priviledges of their respective ranks, they however hold no operational command until they have returned to active duty. In short, they are well respected members of the Liberty Navy, but sadly unavailable to us in the field.
Can fly any ships their actual ranks allow them to.

Seeing as our page has all the necessary information, but the layout is in disarray, so I figure maybe it might be time to change it up.
Let me know if you think you can do something with it.
I'll work on it Friday evening going through onto the weekend. Tomorrow and Friday morning I'm occupied elsewhere in the country.
Excellent, I'm interested to see what you can do with it. I'll offer 100,000,000 if you can pull off something particularly fancy xD

Transmission begins...
Greetings ladies and gentlemen, this is Fleet Admiral David Hale.
You are here and listening to this transmission in hopes of finding out if you have what it takes to be the best. The Liberty Navy is a proud institution and I would like to say right away that not everyone has the aptitude, will, or determination to make it through our recruitment and training process.
First off, I know none of you would be here were it not for a desire to serve your country. That is admirable in its own right, and you deserve a degree of respect for that alone.
I'm not going to beat about the bush here, or tell you that your future career in the Liberty Navy will be all water-skiing and adventure. It won't. You will be up against some of the most vicious criminals and pirates in Sirius. They will give no quarter and won't hesitate to pull the trigger if they see you looking vulnerable.
That being said; however, it is an extremely rewarding life.
If my words didn't scare you off, then you may proceed to answer the questions below.
That is all.
For now.
End of transmission.
---------------- PART I ---------------- Rules related questions
1)Your first patrol, and your first launch in your new BDR-337 Liberty Navy Heavy Fighter -also known as the ‘Executioner’. Up and away you go, leaving the planet’s atmosphere. Upon reaching the space around Manhattan, you scan the ships in the immediate vicinity. You see a Kusari Gunboat with a Liberty Forward gun, a recruit ID, an ALG IFF, and Bretonian turrets. What do you do? (assume he responds to your messages).
2)Later on in your patrol you come across an LABC, two gunboats and a fighter shooting at a lone Sabre. What do you do?
3)During this very same patrol, before you go to call it a day, on return to Manhattan you spy a strange ship coming in from cruise from the direction of the scrap field. You close in for a scan, and lo and behold, a smuggler. You successfully disrupt him and ask him to drop his cargo and pay the established fine. After some time, he does not reply. You give him one more warning and when he remains silent you open fire and successfully destroy his ship and the contraband. After you this, just as you are about to log off, he PMs you and begins insulting you, the factions you are in, your country, your intelligence, your creed, your caste, your family, and your mother. What do you do?
4)You were docked on Missouri and all off a sudden you begin to see a mass of spam of // in system chat. How do you respond to this?
5)Another day, another patrol. However, this time you have a wingman. [LN]-Angelina.Dimitrova, a fine Naval officer. Upon your patrol of the lanes in California, you come across a Lane Hacker Gunship who was obviously pirating. You are fired upon by the pirate who simply uttered ‘engaging’ and opened fire. Upon seeing this, Angelina says “I guess it’s time to take out the trash. Charging weapons, target locked, and going in.” Who broke the engagement rule?
6)[LN]-Matt.Smith and [LN]-Joshua.Ashfield are fighting [RM] officers Wolf Wexler and Hans Putzkammer in Texas while a civilian in a Rhino (level 25) stands by. LPI officer Jack Bauer repeatedly tells the civilian to leave for his own safety. The civilian getting too close to the fight, gets shot down by a stray shot by [LN]-Matt.Smith. Did [LN]-Matt.Smith commit a rule violation, and if so, what rule?
7)[LN]-Remus.Sius is hovering outside of the Planet Manhattan docking ring when a civilian in a Camara freighter with all debilitators fires on him. With his shields down, he opens fire and destroys the vessel, which was level 25. Did he commit a rule violation, and if so, what rule was broken?
8)[LN]-Larissa.Schmitt was patrolling the space near Planet Manhattan when suddenly, a mercenary begins to open fire on her. The enemy mercenary was taken down by Schmitt, and undocks from Planet Manhattan moments after. Seeing him undock, [LN]-Larissa.Schmitt opens fire on him because of the mercenary being hostile from before. As soon as the mercenary cleared the atmosphere, he was destroyed once again. Has [LN]-Larissa.Schmitt committed a rule violation, and if so, what rule was broken?
9)[LN]-Jacob.Beumont and [LN]-David.Hale were both fighting Keepers.Adad and Keepers.Kharybdis in Alaska. The fight was even until [LN]-David.Hale was shot down. He then goes on the [LN]-Cape.Horn, his gunboat, and returns to the fight. Holding himself at 6k, he watches the fight and coordinates with others to assist [LN]-Jacob.Beumont. Has [LN]-David.Hale/[LN]-LNS-Cape.Horn committed a rule violation, and if so, what rule was broken?
10)[LN]-Christopher.Hood was patrolling New York when he found a Liberty Rogue pirating an Ageira transport. When the pirate sees Hood, he takes the helpless trader as a hostage, threatening that if he comes closer, he will kill the trader. Suddenly, Hood had to go because of a real life emergency and F1’s in space. Has [LN]-Christopher.Hood committed a rule violation, and if so, what rule was broken?
11)Briefly, in your own words, summarise Faction Right number two (2) and it’s associated responsibilities.
