I'm not in charge of the za, but if you can convince the order that the air manipulated everyone the conflict will end. Omicron is reasonable, I wouldn't talk to phoenix they are useless. I'll be the negotiator I don't mind. Well try that tomorrow.
Your saying the rule is horsecrap doesn't make it so. And in my example, the Phoenix handed ZA the gun by letting the bases get built.
And nothing is wrong with me. I DO put part of the blame on Phoenix, or I'm certainly not gonna throw all the blame on ZA because you think they're not acting properly.
Again....why should ZA capitulate? Have you destroyed any of their bases yet? Usually one side needs to be put in a stronger position to dictate terms, and by the sound of all the whining about invincible core 4 bases, I'm guessing that's not gonna happen yet.
I'd say maybe Golanski might want to negotiate a settlement with ZA on how much nomad tech they could carry, maybe in exchange for dismantling 1 base, or maybe a few turrets. I'd suggest the other Zoners declare a ceasefire and sit the rest out. That's more how diplomacy works, not "my way or the highway". Especially if you can't follow through with your threats.
I can very much agree with Beauregard over here... beacuse ive been in game for 10 days in omicron-74 like i said earlier... and my funs been ruined when all i do is get in-game and get swarmed by pm's or messages and group invitations on any of my ships by friends and other members, Asking me to pew on sight and to just shoot the ZA and try to block everything from this jump hole... Seriously i know people and friends who have been playing disco for over 2-5 years that are saying that... Since the ZA, Pheonix, Order and all are still going to argue in-game and out, I dont see a point in even trying to talk, but yet i have to get my point across.

I think I'm standing by my former statement that both sides apparently suck at diplomacy.
That i can agree on Very and i mean Very much --- and i mean that for all sides
What would you do with a drunken pilot, what would you do with a drunken pilot early in the morning~
My name is Fluffy Tails, you got an issue with that big whoop, sue me. I know what a furry is and whats not a furry. If you cant tell the difference then your a bigot. :p
Give me a bottle of vodka, my combat boots, a good Russian or Third Reich song, a Gurkha Kukri with a training dummy, some Chinese food or Tacos, and then well have a very very fun time and we might possibly end up on Interpols most wanted or at least on the run from the govt.

I'm saying the rule is horsecrap because it has barely any uses. You can't control indies with that unless they do something utterly stupid. And you gave NSA the gun by letting them spy the whole internet.

So far I've seen you putting the blame on Phoenix for something they cannot control, in which I find little to no logic at all. Mind you explaining yourself with something other than weird and illogical metaphors?

Just because the game mechanics are faulty doesn't mean a station half the size of a battleship should be able to withstand an assaulting force of a dozen of battleships for days. InRP a joint force of Order, Phoenix, Solar Runners, AI and Corsairs is no doubt in a stronger position than ZA. Ignoring this and claiming inRP superiority due to faulty game mechanics resulting in invincible stations shooting at whom it shouldn't is pretty much ooRP. And ZA is just doing that.

It's been discussed right at start, the ZA refused to cooperate, which led O74 to it's first war between ZA and the rest.

Negotiations are going on, so far with not much cooperation from the ZA side.

It's been like that, Phoenix even refused hostilities for long after the ZA first declared war on them. Many attempts were made for a ceasefire and to reach a consensus, none initiated by ZA.

Pretty much what the ZA failed at initially, and failed to admit it for quite long already.
Sorry for my possible trolling and emo-comment, but I just felt like sharing my two cents.
Dear ZA, until all this o74 madness, I was your silent supporter because:
eventhough Zoners are said to be war-unfriendly, there are always gonna be military-oriented members. It doesnt matter that most of the faction dont like fights, but there are guns for a reason, especially in Nomad filled omicrons. Or would you just fly around and get others shoot at you without having anything and anyone to defend you? Just doesnt make bloody sense, all this "take weps from zoners" crap...
Thats why I understand the forming of ZA. Thats why I didnt understand all that ZA hate at first. (And why I still dislike all those zoner-army haters.)
On the other hand, based on how ZA members act these days, both inRP and ooRP, they give me the feeling of teenagers trying to powerplay beyond the limits and rising their e-peens up. Sure, it "happens" you get one Neph built somewhere in secrecy, but whole fleet is just a stupidity. Even a person not very good at RP like me sees it. I do understand the need of superiority, we all wanna be the best ones, be skilled fighters and feared opponents, but know the line of arrogance. Just deal with the fact that you cant have it all.
And guys, seriously, it makes you look even dumber, if you screw with the community, with all those fake ships and low level transports just so that you can get supplies into your bases without problems. Nothing justifies you to act in such way.
Please, for the sake of whole community, do act adult. Otherwise dont expect others to treat you like ones.
**Revised**
No, just no!
Not even the slightest bit impressed with ZA's attitude or practices in O-74.
Can't even take them seriously even as an unofficial "faction".
