Upon seeing the weapon , the Corsair's mood didn't take a turn for the worse.
In the contrary , he seemed to get exited , making wild gestures that he wanted to have one too.
He then gestured to his mouth , as if he wanted his new found compañeros to take a good look.
While doing that , he reached for his pocket and put the following letter on the table.
General Garcia finished reading the letter and looked at the Corsair. What he saw before him was a brute of a man, completely the opposite of what he would expect of a typical recruit.
The SCRA had long held the ideal of quality over quantity in everything it did and this man was neither. Still, Garcia had a test for the Corsair. He pulled out a second pistol from his desk, a smaller one and slide it towards the Corsair.
The expression on the Corsair's face changed to a more serious one.
He quickly grabbed the weapon from the table and aimed it at his own head.
He yelled ''Wawawawawa" out loud before he pulled the trigger.
Even General Garcia had not expected the Corsair to follow his order without hesitation.
*CLICK*... Naturally, the gun was empty. A test to see if the Corsair would obey his orders. Had he refused or had he tried to fire on him or his marines, he would have been shot.
Garcia stared at the Corsair for a while longer before retrieving a stack of papers from his desk. The Corsair could at least be trusted to serve as fodder, though he would make sure that the Commissariat of Truth kept a very close eye on him.
"Fill these out and then submit them to the secretary." he said before having the Corsair ushered out by the Marines so that he could fill out the forms.
Kristina gasped as she witnessed Dmitry heartlessly kill the silent recruit. She couldn't help but stare at the now lifeless body on the floor, soaking in blood. She used her t-shirt to wipe the tears from her face, and then looked back up to Dmitry.
"I... think I made a mistake." Kristina said, before running full speed out of the Boa Vista station. A SCRA officer grabbed her but a swift knee to the groin foiled his attempt to restrain Kristina. She ran as fast as she could and never looked back.
Dubovik was surprised to see Kristina running off from him. He gave quick orders from his personall communicator to cut off all access to docking points from offices. When Kristina's escape was stopped by automated door system, that closed hangar doors right infront of her, she turned back and saw Dmitry and two marines with rifles in stand-by position.
My dear Kristina. You seems was scared off? What troubles you? I am not a monster, I also was recruit just like you. But I never ran off from my problems! That is difference between me and you, it seems... You ran off once you met something scrary. That is not a way I want soldiers of my army to act. So... I guess you know what is coming for you now. Comrades!
Dmitry raised up his right hand and pulled it down. Marines aimed theirs rifles and shoot at Kristina severall rounds. She fell down dead on the floor right where she was standing. She could have be great addition to the SCRA, but she failed at first rule of the Coalition soldier - to be fearless in whatever situation she might end up. Dubovik returned to main hall, awaiting for more recruits to come...
Hello, I am here for the recruitment of the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army.
* He looks at the recruitment officer*
My name is Alex Krukov, born on Planet Leeds in Leeds system. I went to school like any other kid, learned my history of the sirius and more. After I got out, I went to study in the Flight Academy of Bretonia. My parents wanted me to follow their footsteps and become a Intelligence Agent of Bretonia. I have been in Flight Academy for 8 years, and soon was recruited for the Intelligence Agency. Alex has ran many missions, but on his mission in the Omega 49 system, he was attacked by 4 Bretonia Very Heavy Fighter, knows as the Templars. The information Alex got was about stolen fighters of the Bretonia. Alex had a scan on them, and they were in Bretonian Officer uniforms. Alex quickly thought it was a betrayal against him. Alex quickly made his way Omega 50, where he docked on Porto Novo to contact his parents about what happened. He told them about the encounter and how his ship was nearly destroyed. He said he will stay on Porto Novo. After about two days, Alex met a Coalition pilot when he was in the bar. They talked about the Coalition, and then Alex told him of what happened, and said he doesn't want to go back. The Coalition pilot looked at him and said ," Why not recruit for the Coalition? You seem to be brave, and you seem like all the Coalition pilots we have ". Alex was speechless, all he was taught about Coalition is they are terrorists, and pirates, and terrible people, but know that he met one, his mind changed. And here is now, at the recruitment.
A young girl with pink hair walked in. She looked somewhat timid. Unsure what to do, she decided to just sit down and wait. Waiting was usually a good choice for her.
Alice, the secretary, simply looked at Alex Krukov while he spoke. She blinked in disbelief before replying.
"I don't want to hear your life story."
Alice pressed a button on the intercom and spoke into her headset which Alex could not hear.
"General Garcia is waiting for you in that room." she said, pointing to an office behind her. Alex headed towards the office before Alice stopped him "Oh, don't tell him your life story. Speak when spoken to and maybe you'll survive." she said before letting him go.
