A necessary change? Exactly how much did you buff those guns? because right now they're really not standing out in any way.

Wow, 75 on GMG and IMG......for FL. When I saw that, it ruined everything. FL barely have any guns to use at 90+%. And balance wise? Why, were Freelanecers OP? Only Freelancer type players Ive seen using IMG GMG tech were Reavers :|. I still think removing stuff from Freelancer isn't balanced, its more underpowered. FL pretty much have 75% on everything but Border and Civi stuff.

Regarding Colonial and Zoner tech. Based on this list, we only get access to IMG capitals, where as IMG as well as Zoners get access to our capital ships, albeit with a nerf of course. My I ask what the reasoning is behind this?

Regarding Junkers access to GC tech we used to have 90% with ships and guns, not 75% with ships. I hope this is not intended.

It is.

Kusari ships (Specifically, the VHFs and also bombers to some extent) are generally considered a problem when flown anywhere outside their intended ZoI, which is why it was decided to set the maximum allowed core on non-Kusari IDs using Kusari ships to 75%. You can see the same thing applied to other factions as well, and if there's still a foreign ID with 90% cell to a Kusari snub, it's certainly an oversight. Point it out if you notice any.

Meh, Mollys/Hessians still can fly our things... Not something that we want and that possible inRP even.

A question regarding Corsair - 75% on Bretonia weapons light/heavy cells. That means we can fly Shetland and Royal Liner? Its nice to have good cells, but I dont really see RP logic here, however. What can be explanation of Corsairs use Bretonia stuff?

thats i want to ask right now.
any other questions will wait until player IDs are charted.

on a side note, the general look of the chart is good. less brighter then the 4.86 chart. much easier to read and find stuff.

I like how the Liberty Navy has 75% core to Bounty Hunter weapons and light ships, which we've had access to with the BHG's blessing for literally years, and DSE, Ageira, and USI have 90% to both. Would love to know your logic behind that one.
